I wouldn't worry too much, just let it finish, the white flies will not eat your buds. Removing leaves will just reduce your plants capacity to produce energy and at this late stage when she is nearly ready there really isn't much point to doing so and there are no drastic cures either. She should finish and mature just fine, despite the white flies.
After looking at your diary, I am a bit alarmed by you only giving this plant 9/10 hours of light. Try 18/6 for your next grow and you will certainly be able to harvest a lot more flowers. This could also be why this plant is being "attacked" by white flies, they will "attack" plants with weakened health as they easy targets, and a plant living under only 9/10 hours of light would certainly be suffering from weakened health, due mainly to the lack of time to photosynthesise causing metabolic deficiencies for over all health.
