popped within days and started the 2 and then added another one 6 days later. Placed under domed 100 watt cool CFL until a pair of true leaves showed....then new 2 G pots and under SF2000 at a par level of 250.
All has gone well these last days...just transplanted from 2 Gal to 5 gal....roots were just starting to attach to the 2 gal fabric....plants were just a little wider then the 2 gal pot. All 3 plants have had 50% Gaia 4-4-4 added in 2 gal....so good for 3 wks. as soil was nutrient rich to begin with. They have had 2 light feedings from Root Farm...base +grow part2. Now you see there is 0 N issues. My number 1 w/b on 7th node at 7 inches....WTFK...would like to take some shade leaves off to expose the lower sites as some branches down lower are twice as big as on other side...so need to rotate plants better. I will let these girls veg for a few more weeks to fill out the pot with roots...PAR has been bumped up to 500 and the leaves are pristine....I'm happy...time to smoke some Tsunami to celebrate.
Plants love their new 5Gal pots where they can spread out more.....used the same soil mixture I did in the 2 gal...have not added many nutes in this grow..3 times fluid over the weeks...rest was just half dose of Gaia 4/4/4 and worm castings. Once plants look tired I will know soil nutes used up as Bruce Banner is a solid feeder especially with the extra 2 hours I use in veg for these...but now a 18/6 for a week...then Gaia Flower mix on top of soil and will use Root Farm part2 Bloom and cease the Grow part2 bottle and will still use a small portion of the base bottle as has a higher N then I want...also RF splits the calcium and mag in the base and part2 bottles so have no issues on that front...have to admit never saw such stacked up nodes on small plants BUT the structure will give a great canopy once we hit stretch time...
What a week...again light liquid RF fertilizer use due the loaded soil and the Gaia dressing. Not a mark on these plants. The SF2000 has done it's job as now at max height and max power rating to ensure PAR levels of 400ish to 580ish all over the plants.....Will be moving plants under the SF4000 as it can go up to 7 feet tall to the ceiling under the stairs and can handle any plant stretch with maximum coverage at desired PAR ratings. Dimmable lights are simply awesome in concert with the apogee par meter. For veg I ran SF2000 it at 50% to maintain PAR levels for smaller plants...that 100 Watts from the wall...my blurbles just don't have the same light spectrum and will keep it just for the veg cycle blue light it gives for cloning. Once I flip the PAR ratings will be increased to the light intensity to 700 then 800ish and will bring back the DIY CO2 drip and a buds appear...got a plan.
Week5 is now complete...plants are 13-15 inches....taking 2L every 2 days and just started putting feeding in both liters for the girls....2ml base and now 2 ml grow2 bottle from Root Farm. They look awesome and added nearly 50% in height each. As not sure on the stretch decided to wait a little more in veg as have the headroom under stairs...18" is the goal and then FLIP to Flower light schedule. Will top dress with Gaia BLOOM and start the Root Farm Base/Bloom diluted at end of this week as sure their size w/b good to go....RF has cal/mag in separate bottles....plants do not have a mark....
Will be raising the lights too and spread the girls out and a little more power to ensure those side buds get their 400umol Par rating.
week 6 done for veg...topped out at 17" for 2 and 15" for the third. I have used the 90 bend tools last night and am amazed how quickly the plant bends back up with the tops. Tonight is first flower night schedule as now 12 hours 7pm-7am. Just 2L water last night. Top dressed last week so a few more weeks till I feed again...just water with a little molasses for the soil bacteria....I use Crosby as sulphur free and a has Cal/mag and a few other tasty vitamins for the girls...
Ok...now is the time to slowly up the light PAR to the max of 1000 umols. So I want a 900 to 1000 Par rating across all tops as maximum light energy the plant will use effectively. Right now it was 600 ish for veg as the plants get 18 hours so less light needed...now it w/b 12 hours so I will up the energy over the 12 hours to the scientific max of 1000 PAR within the week...see apogee videos for a free science lesson on pot growth...Now if the girls get robust I will reintroduce my CO2 drips a little later in flower if I up the PAR as need C)2 to push plants....notice a little clone to the right...it's for a buddy...
week 1 of flower is complete and stretch was uneventful....I think the elbows used helped as all tall stems got bent so as of now 1 week later they are all off and tops look all even...now some plants are smaller so I just put a board to raise it to same height as others...works well....will use clips later if stretch needs to be 'Tamed"...a few lower yellow leaves as expected and have trimmed some fan leaves for exposure purposes....not much smell...hmmm
Missed week 2 but the grow is now fully engaged. The big board helps as can have individual plants nearly under a light each.... as brought back the SF2000. The 90 degree red clips really helped in getting a flat top of flowers. Trying to clone the lower branch cuttings...some in peat pots...some in a glass of water. I have to admit the stretch was.....minimal and if I grow this again I will veg to 7-8 weeks for bigger plants.
Week 4 of Bloom is complete and am in awe of how far and fast these have come. Did take about 15 clones from the bottom of plants in week2 of bloom...some had a little top starting but just clipped it a bit off. 10 are in water and 5 are in peat pots...fingers crossed. Just used Gaia 2-8-4 5tble and 1 tbl 4-4-4...every 3 weeks ...then in between watering a Liter of Root Farm 1.5 ml each base and Bloom together and a little Crosby molassis. The odd brown spots on #1 but felt a little deficiency which is now gone and aimed Fan (took the cover off to get more intensity...put my finger in and does not hurt so no worries there....moves the air so much quicker now a...put it also to the back and aimed to the front to lower the Humidity to mid 35%...Par levels are now 700-1050 per the Apogee meter. No burns or marks and fantastic aggressive growth which I match with the nutes. Felt pots are the way to go. I have topped up the pots during the grow with soil as the roots just kept surfacing and the roots have absorbed that too!!!...
Week 5 complete for bloom. Getting sticky and feel 4 more weeks...clones are in rough shape...Gave the girls a treat in a 1L shot of a 4-20-4 each...still not a mark on the girls other then a couple of innocent brown marks on one...not trimming leaves too much as want the stored energy in them for flush time, Hands down...these are going to be awesome and Crosby Molasis with some Root Farm diluted every second watering has kept them content in between the 3 week Gaia feedings...just followed the directions and added 50% more. Organic is so easy with the odd turbo boost in between keeps things very healthy....Par is about 550 at fringe on 3 tops and mostly 750 to1075 on 2 certain tops so all below 1000 mostly...would bend the 2 but just want to see if get extra big...
Week 6 pf budding is complete yesterday...just a couple to 3 weeks for theses girls...the yellower one will go first...all from the same Bruce Banner Fast pouch of seed but that one looks different...but very diesel smelling....Quite sticky and just a few hairs browning up. Gave them the last Gaia feeding with some Root Farm nutes
Week 7 is complete and the girls are hulking up as can't decide to keep nuking them now with turbo juice such as 4-20-4....of course Idid for just 1L and then 1 L water to ensure nice dilution...then some Crosbys.....
week 8 of budding is complete and the girls are getting thick....will cease the nukes soon and just water as feel 1 is ready by week 9...the clones are now doing fine and share time under a blurple and the SF lights
week 10 of budding complete....#1 is in jars after 5 days drying on the stems so dry to touch and squeeze too and now in mason jars being burped like babies for last few days...smoked a little after just cutting a gram bud and let air dry in little pieces...So Pleased.....rocket fuel...green gold...where was I ...hmm delicious...being flushing for over a week as just giving water...feel the GAIA is still feeding these beasts and am going to keep the ride going....most trichomes are now milky white ..like #1 was as it was ripe earlier...will take one in a few days and let the other one go...as a test of sorts as what I will find out is when was best time to cut down and use that info for the next grow...will be in no hurry to take those clones as will have over pound from these fine ladies combined easily...got to get more mason quart jars...
These were supposed to be Bruce Banner Fast...I guess they are fast if you took them too early as colas are so impressive now after 11 weeks. I have chopped one of the last 2 and it is hanging now with the #1 in jars and being burped....GAIA is simply the best safest nukes to get great results...and a little light nutes from Root Farm.....half doses when used...never had issues and plants looked great from day1. Crosby's is new for me and can't say if helped or not. Got to buy more jars and get ready to clean the room for the clones to move in. Supercropping with the 90 degree bend clips kept the tops the same height to maximize the light all over the plant as you can see all the tops are near the same size...a first for me. Harvest pictures next week......the PAR meter kept me in the sweet spot for lights and pot stand to get #3 higher off ground as it started 8 days after the first 2....
thanks a lot...some w/b 10 inches in length and filled out....key is keeping colas same height via bend clips or just putting pot heights on small stand to get canopy heights even. For the last week am lowering the Par levels to get that icky sticky resin going....
Many thanks...its getting close as posting new pics today before harvesting #1 which I feel is different from the other 2...happy to have 3 clones as next grow w/b shorter in time.
