will101 germination was on 14 Sept. This is early spring and temps are a bit low thus growth also seems slow

will101 its 8 Nov, week 7. Charlotte 1 has started to bud quite heavily, no2 not so much and the Durban Poison and Orange bud appear normal. they have all been topped this week at about 6 nodes. still hoping to take a few clones, hence not topping at 3 or 4 nodes

will101 installed scrog net and moved ladies to their final positions. CA1 is so small and now revegging. CA2 also showing some revegging but has proper buds formed while CA1 buds were very fluffy. this is total unseasonal flowering which caught me offguard a bit. The plan was to sow early spring rather than my usual mid spring to get more vegging before flower so that we can take a few clones. This backfired a bit and now we can probably chance it and get max 4 clones off both these plants

will101 10 Dec. This year, the growth on all my plants are much less, compared to photos from last year this time when there was already a forest to walk under. Charlotte's Angel was probably sown too early, combined with seasonal shift we are experiencing here decided to go into full flower and now very small. Watering still as needed with vermi tea and rainwater mixed. plants get sprayed with the same mix

will101 20 Dec. realtime 😄 chatting to my fellow grow buddy we decided to snip most the pre-flower buds off the second CBD Charlotte's Angel. They are just settling into their 120liter containers now and seem to wanna take off. Durban Poison and Orange Bud are actually in about 185liter grow-tainer bags. Summer finally seems to have arrived. Our usually winter rainfall climate is shifting to year-round by the looks of it. We are in Southern Africa and locally have a mediterranean climate. Our spring starts in September, December is the 1st month of summer!

will101 not much to say apart from the Durban Poison girl being infected with WPM. Thats a bit of a disappointment. keeping under control by foliar spraying neat vermi tea. I found it works extremely well on tomato plants, possibly because of the low ph. for watering, we use vermi tea, rain water and bokashi tea for ph down. this mix is stored in an IBC with aeration

will101 Yeah so we actually gotta move house and this grow is going to be split up, I think CA1 is coming with us and the rest will go to my buddy only a few blocks away. we are moving 300km away and I still have to "evaluate" my new landlord... lets just put it that way. we can justify the "cbd plant", in any case herb has now been decriminalised almost 3 years here. but the funny thing is that cops will still make kak... people still get arrested etc. this is a bad time to be wanting to move these planta though. harvest is usually mid april for me and we have to be out a month before that. i am not sure if i should just early harvest. maybe pull a light dep. DP WPM problem is still there. I am adding a dash of milk with the vermi tea spray to see the effect. as i said the tea worked a treat on my tomatos, completely (almost) eradicating the mildew. we are looking forward to growing in a new climate! currently we enjoy a coastal winter rainfall subtropical climate and we are moving to a more arid mediteranean climate with year round rainfall.

will101 Harvest time! DP got snipped completely about a week ago already, as well as CA2. CAngel1 and Orange bud harvested on 16 Mar. individual plant rundowns: CBD Charlotte's angel: grew 2 of these. both flowered early in veg, then revegged . CA1 turned out very well and scrogged nicely. ca2 made giant fluffy buds. the buds on ca1 actually beautiful perhaps a bit small. Pleasant strong pinene dominant profile. initial sampling was impressive. all the goodness with no zonk Durban Poison: very dense nugs on this plant, probably a spicy smell but not strong. battled a lot with powdery mildew but was brought under control, just in time to be hammered by bud rot 😔. harvest about 1 week before other plants. not an amazing yield possibly all plants were a bit stunted due to early flowering... perhaps. sampled well altho not proper cured. does get you up and doing things 👍buds not nearly as frosty as the other plants. Orange Bud: very nice nugs, fruity or citrusy and extreme sticky alert. this plant was easy to grow, had no issues, spread nicely under the scrog as well. cant wait to sample. did i say frosty? very

Having a guess you are in AUS? Crazy how everyone’s plants went off early this year. Seems to be happening in all different regions too!

@will101, Ah, All the best there bro. It is a strange one. Here in Oz they saying goes “ Father’s Day to Mother’s Day “, as a rule, which is early Sept till early April. This seems to be ok for the local AUS plants (we call “bush”). But I have definitely noticed these commercial type strains seem more sensitive, and will flower out for sure if planted early. I don’t mind the quick harvest though at all!. Cheers mate 🍻

@Shooey, Southern Africa, good guess tho. yeah probably made worse by me planting early spring when it still looked like mid winter here!
