Repotted into 1 gallons. There’s a bit of leaf splotchyness that I’m concerned about but I’ll try to prune it out once these girls get a little more momentum.
Growth is slow and looking a bit lime-green. Although I can't imagine it's hunger, they're getting good dose of nutes. I think they need a different light (which they'll get today) and plenty more time to recover. And so we press on.

If those pots are transparent I would wrap something round them to stop the roots getting exposed to the light bit look like they are pretty much ready for a larger pot so maybe not worth it at this stage.

@Esoteric_growing, this was outstanding advise - thank you! I was certainly overwatering. I also turned up light schedule to 20/4 and will probably go to 22/2 shortly. Things are back on track for the most part and I'll be repotting soon. Thanks again!
@Smoke_Weed_Maintain, one last thing a easy fix would be to have the lights on 24hrs as you are using a low powered led and would not cost much more on the energy bill.
I just had another look at the photos and one thing to consider is if they are overwatered a little bit? That can also stunt plants in soil, maybe let them really dry out before the next feed and then only water them lightly as they are still very small. I just over watered my seeds and cuts and it will take a week before normal growth continues.
