The plant is going through a little nitrogen toxicity. Still going well though. In the first week of flowering it stretched but it is still short and bushy. The flowers start to show some purple
Nitrogen toxicity? Or maybe overwatering?
It is an auto plant. Organic nutrition pellets mixed in the soil before germination. When the plant showed first signs of preflower I put a little veg fertilizer. Fewer than the recommended amount. But i watered with 2L of water, 1 time
Clawing is a sign of nitrogen toxicity. During flowering your plant uses less nitrogen, but more phosphorus and potassium. The shade of green in a leaf Is sign of how much nitrogen the plant has. Good luck and happy growing 🌲🌲🌲👊
@Automatico21, my purplematic girl did the same. I suspected nitrogen toxicity as well. Other plants I've grown in the same soil haven't had an issue. She's just sensitive to hot soils. And grows small.
@Automatico21, it is a small plant by design. Part of the reason why I picked it. And I don’t think mine was a light issue as I also gave her some sunshine and she didn’t gain any height. If I try her again I’m going to just leave her alone and let her do her thing. Maybe not use 100% living soil and see how she does.
@L4w2020, it seems your nitrogen toxicity was not as much serious as mine. However, my plant was short but man, yours was even shorter. Do you think we gave them too much light and they didnt stretch enough maybe? Or it was just the plant DNA?
