here we go again, when will i stop who knows. there is 2 strains here, one orange and 1 cookies kush, both near 3 weeks...ish.. my dumb ass was high and i forgot which one was which . both have root rot because im not used to spider farm lights for seedlings, and it seemed to be so strong even at 20 something inches the light penentrated through my clay pebbles and made algae problems. 😯 there is no hydroguard in canada and when i try and fight root rot i always make it worse ,so well leave it to nature. 🙏hopefully the kush lives on.

a month in i think and i am not doing well. first the new light affected the water level tubes on my buckets too much and created algae. from there we got bud rot with no hydroguard for canadians. then both plants went into complete shocks and went limp like they had no water. i changed the buckets waters out and started them with half the fert i usually do, and the leaves are raised again but you can tell this fight is not over. i should just restart fresh but lets see where this goes,have'nt trained because plants stressed enough

THEY LIVE! for now lol . thanks for the help ,i bought a new ph meter and my ph was too lower which was causing other issues. i usually never have to mess with ph but my tap water is off (6.3) when its usually around 7,combine that with nutes and low ph. anyways im slowly bumping up pm and ph'ing , and i think we wont have to kill them. lst gnna be hard cause branches are stiff now but hoping to get a scrog in and starting flower next week

still caan't figure out which one is the kush and which one is the orange lol. i think maybe the ne on the right. 😶 but not a bad week. i had to up the ppm and increase ppm and the plants just kept eating my nutrients fast ,felt like everyday had to add more lol. emptied the buckets cleaned them b4 flower,cleaned tent up, reset nutrients for switch to bloom, did a little lst and defoliation . and this will be the final veg day most likely,cause i have no idea how they will stretch.

week 1 of flower done. i defoliated a bunch and lollipopped, but going to have to defoliate more soon. i emptied the buckets and ran florakleen in them for a few hours just to as a mid grow flush. orange (left i think) iss showing pistils but the right one (kush) nothing yet.

welp ,it was a sad day but i had to give away the other plant, things became too crowded, some ventilation issues had become apparent, and i figured id rather 1 good plant than 2 moldy crowded plants. it will hurt my yield for sure.but on the upside my job got half as hard, and it feels nice to have grow space. i will defoliate this one better this week, then just let her grow. i have been keeping my ppms very low, i been experimenting with smooothness.

week 3 and i did not see a lot of vertical growth,this strain does not appear to stretch as much as others. pistils however are coming in nicely now along with a sweet smell. the plant is the least hungry plant i have seen, if i give her 500 ppm one day the next day its usually only down to about 480. so im maxing out around there. although my tap water is only 50ppm. i defoliated heavily and that will be the final defoliation .

week 4 went alright. i had abit of a deficiency coming on,not concerned i know i had a ph issue i was just too busy to correct it at the time. i changed the reservoir with plain water and florakleen yesterday for a mid flower flush,and today started nutes again. no smell unless you touch buds then you get a strong menthol smell.

week 5 was yet another weird week, ph pen issues throwing me off, this whole grow has been kind of off,but if i can make it at least 3 more weeks ill be good enough. sometimes the weed you have most trouble with smokes the best, so i guess well see.

what to say about this weak .. hmm lots of deficiencies, this has been a very weird plant.and honestly i didnt do very well as a grower this round,lots of ph issues and bad ph pens.. at this point im just hoping i can make it at least to 8 weeks before i chop.i am also concerned how close those leaves and buds are,but i do have 3 small fans going and a dehumidifier. no smell at all yet,which is weird for a kush, but then again i never grew a kush before maybe itll come last 2 weeks. thanks for checking out my post,ill be glad to check out yours

welp this week despite 2 water changes and a correcting of nutes,the plant decided it was done eating. my ppms stayed the same and the ph kept going down. because of this the sugar leaves are going to be brown if i wait too long so im harvesting the tops after 1 more week and im just giving it water now and some florakleen at the end of this upcoming week. so far there has been 0 smell which is very strange you would think for a kush, heats only 24c, my humidity has been at 40,maybe thats why no smell i dont know.😐 thanks for checking out my grow i will be happy to check out yours

week 8 and the final week , i will be happy to chop this plant as its been a pain in my ass the whole time. my ppm is down to my tap water after florakleen,at 65 ppm it should be smooth. still no smell barely at all, giving 3 days of darkness then chop.

this strain was a bitch for most of the grow, had basically every deficiency and every problem that could occur did. i chopped it at 8 weeks because it stopped drinking water and wasnt doing much for the last 3 weeks, it was only maybe 5-10 % amber but its indica so dont matter. i dried the plant after removing just the fan leaves,and it took 6 days to dry at 57 % humidity and 20 degrees. next grow im going to try drying the whole plant hanging to drag out the dry longer. smell-none, not during the grow, not drying, not after. very strange for a kush. taste- barely anything, its just a mild mint n herb taste. maybe thats cause i didnt let it grow long enough for terpenes to really develop, maybe it should of dried slower. either way im disappointed cause i really wanted a nice tasting and smelling weed,which why i chose kush. perhaps i just got all the girl scout cookies and none of the kush pheno. smoke- smooth compared to my last grow, burns much better too.. vaporizer-- taste really sweet . edibles-gets me high as hell like usual. yield= pretty good, i had 2 plants in the tent and 1 died 3 weeks in flower (different strain) so i didnt expect much yield cause this was the smaller plant but still got 140 grams off a 200w light so cant complain. plant structure- doesnt stretch much and grows thick stems that produce many many side buds that are also very chunky. OVerall i give this strain a 6 based on my 1 plant experience. NEXT STRAIN ==GLOOKIES😲
