Week 1 was daunting. I reacted harshly to the drooling and cut out my nutes. But I’m growing in 100% coco so my ladies had nothing but water for first week. I also connected with Green Sunshine and corrected distance and intensity. 24” and 30%.
After week 1 I resumed nutes at 1/4 strength ladies responded. I also started 18/6 from 24. Ladies responded. Dialled in environment temp and RH. Ladies responded.
Feeling good.
Stayed the course and looking good. Started LST of Lambs Breath at the end of this week. Not too pleased with first LST attempt so am considering a game plan before trying again.
I’ve been eagerly LST’ing on both ladies. Having dialled if the environment they seem to be thriving.
I’m a little concerned that my LST work is keeping my ladies too close to the medium. The growers on YouTube that I watch have space between medium and canopy with lots of air flow. I can’t do this and am worried. Should I be? Should I do something different?
It was a good and bad week. Good we are in pre flower stage. We switched to the Bloom nutes. Bad we didn’t realize that PH should go from 6.1 to 5.7.
Not sure what the issue is now but the ladies are droopy. ☹️ I thought the lowered ph would help, it has a little. LB seems to be struggling more than WW. Hopefully the defoliation, bloom nutes and lowered PH fixes em up.
I’ve had to remove the humidifier to manage the RH. I also had to remove the carbon filter that lost its efficacy when I pumped the RH during seedling stage.
QueStion. Which location in my 4x2 tent ? At canopy? Between canopy and light? Above light?
I had some rust coloured spots on some of LBs leaves. My local hydro shop and maker of my nutes suggested was not due to deficiencies rather it was due to a lack! For a few feeds I upped 1 ml per litre per nute. Guess what? No more problems!
If you’re in Ottawa check out BnB Hydroponic, they’re life savers!
I’ve been dealing with an undiagnosed issue presenting with discoloured leaves. The buds however do not seem bothered as they develop happily or at least they appear to.
On day 77 of WW I noticed cloudy trichomes! This is strange however as they are only in week 6 of flower. Not sure how long the cloudy to amber transition is but crop king notes an 8 week flower while growers report 8-10 weeks.
