TreeTent310 Getting this journal up mid grow. This is my first run ever. I threw in some bag seed I had laying around while waiting for my order to come from Seedsman and now they’re all growing together. We are on day 29 of 12-12 light schedule, so stretching seems to be done and now just focusing on keeping them healthy and fattening up those buds!

All my plants have purple stems on the leaves at this point. They look totally healthy besides that. Not sure how to resolve the issue or if it is not even big deal. Just don’t want to negatively impact yield. Any advice?

This could be a pre-sign of magnesium deficiency, but your leafs would not be in such good shape. Since all your leafs are looking healthy, and not showing any other sign of nutrient deficiency, this is probably strain related : no worries ! TreeTent310 Today marks day 35 of the 12-12 light schedule. Not too much to report this week. She is still going strong just fattening up bud sites at this point. You can see in these pics the Colas starting to form and all the frosty nodes on this girl starting to swell up as well. Another 3-5 weeks to go at least!

TreeTent310 Went out of town this week never left the girls more than a day so was crazy to see how much she grew. Really putting on the weight and dark hairs. Even a few purple colors starting to show up in the buds and sugar leaves. Really getting excited for this girl to finish up! Still a few weeks to go for sure though.

TreeTent310 Colors this week coming on strong! Sugar leaves are very purple and the big fan leaves starting to fade as well. Today marks day 56 of 12-12 so almost done at this point. Trichomes looking cloudy no amber yet really. We will start flushing and keep checking them. I am guessing a week or 2 max at this point. Really loving the the color change! I’m just getting anxious now they’re so close but I don’t want to chop to early so trying to remain patient. I’m guessing harvest in no more than 2 weeks but we will see how it goes!

TreeTent310 This week the colors are even more prominent sugar leaves are completely purple. Really loving the look of this plant!! She is still another week or so away maybe chop her next weekend but we will see how she looks. Trichomes are mostly all cloudy at this point just want some more ambers to show up and she’ll get harvested. Just giving her and the rest of the girls plain ph’d water for the last couple waterings and that’ll continue until they’re done as well. Can’t wait to harvest her but we have come this far no need to rush them now....

TreeTent310 We are in her last days! Big fan leaves are dying off and everything fading beautifully. Deep purples, reds, gold, yellow, green, really nice to look at!! She just frosting and fattening up still. At this point just waiting on some more amber trichs, I think I could take them down today and they’d be great but trying to push them a little further. I guess I’d rather go over than early! Anyway next post will most likely be harvest photos...CAN’T WAIT!

TreeTent310 Cut her down last night! I intended to do all 3 but it took FOREVER to trim everything up for just the Blueberry it took me 3-4 hours!! Smelled super strong during the trim really stunk up my garage. Buds were mostly very very dense except some of the lower ones.The plan now is to dry for the next few days then throw buds into jars to cure for another week or two. Will update again with true harvest results onc bud is dry and ready to smoke!
Ps no wet weight for this post just got too late and I was too tired to weigh it by the time I finished trimming this girl...will for sure post dry weights though...

Does anyone have any trimming advice? My neck and back and even hands hurt from trimming everything and I still have one left to go!! Easily taking me 3-4 hours per plant. Any suggestions!? Also do you prefer wet or dry? Pros and cons of each??

Theres no pros or cons to either, other than personal preference, there are no studies to show one is better than the other.
Trimming is a pain, and I know as I've done many big plants at one time needing more than one person to get involved. The best advice I can give is to get set up before hand and comfortable. Set up the TV, Ipad or whatever it is you want to watch or listen to. Next thing is positioning as your back will be the first thing to give out, try to sit up right as its easy to slouch down but don't. Use a pillow to support your lower/middle back. Pull off the big fan leaves before getting into trimming. Then begin trimming for 30 minutes or so, then have a little break, have a drink and something to eat and repeat. Theres really no secrets to it just hard work unless you have a bag trimmer or auto trimmer but i prefer to trim by hand. Hope this helps. We all go through it. Also, I find wet trimming easier as the buds are still swelled up. when dry its more hassle to get into.

Absolutely loved growing this strain! She was the prettiest of all of the girls I had by far with all of the beautiful colors displayed during the flush. She also was the biggest yielder of the bunch coming in at 97 grams!! Which I am more than pleased with as I wasn’t sure what to expect my first time growing. Still curing the buds now and they’re smelling sweeter and feeling firmer everyday. Been in jars almost 1 week so, in another week she will be fully cured and ready for consumption.

TreeTent310 This strain was definitely the best performer of the group throughout the whole grow. She popped first, grew largest during veg (was outgrown in stretch by another plant) and flowered first and most abundantly. She also was most visually appealing during flower with the purple, red, yellow colors shown during flush/fade. I wish I would’ve documented my entire grow here but didn’t discover the site until I was a week or two into flower and I just jumped in. I have loved sharing and all the positive vibes and feedback here! Overall I loved growing this strain and growing in general!! I have most definitely found my new hobby and fixation for the foreseeable future. I already have next round starting which I will be journaling on here as well very soon....going to try autoflowers this time!

Great week! Those buds are amazing! You are getting close! My girl is starting to show brown pistils too. I'm figuring 3 weeks for me.
I agree with your review of Seedsman! I ordered from them and had my seeds confiscated by customs. I contacted Seedsman and they sent me out new seeds in a really, really stealthy package! They are great! Our drug laws, not so much.
