Germinated and planted our first seedling. The genetics of this seedling seems to be very strong, as it only took a couple of days to sprout through the soil! This seed was found in our weed that we purchased, the source originated from Crop King Seeds. The plant seems to be on track for strong veg.

A sprout has formed!!! This is our first grow from seed so this is quite exciting, cannot wait to document the process. Not much work was needed this week; we added the wire on the stick in order for the plant to hold itself upright.

A HUGE amount of growth happened over the last 9 days since we last took photos. The top main node has grown larger and stronger.

This girl is over ready for a transplant, but our new pots have been delayed. The first picture was taken on January 4th before transplant. January 5th our pots arrived so we were able to transplant into a 7g pot. After being transplanted for about 10 minute we realized our tent was too squished so we put our Ice Wreck into a 3g pot instead.

At the end of last week we started some LST on the 2 new growth sites on the sides. On the weekend a third growth site became long enough to begin pinning down as well to allow for more light absorption (all previous week). The beginning of this week we continued with the LST on Monday on the new growth but then removed those sticks and moved them to pinning the fan leaves back as they were getting too large but are still needed for nutrients by the plant. On Wednesday we added 1.5tbs of veg top dressing from StepWell Soil. We then moved this plant to our new tent where we have a trellis setup and a more controlled humidity situation. On Friday we topped the main node.

We are noticing lots of new growth from Ice Wreck. It is quite small at the moment and growing slowly so we will be tracking its progress. The plants growth seems fairly stunted at this point. We have been applying veg top dressings to give the plant extra nutrients during its feed.

We have done some light defoliation on Ice Wreck in the past week and we have noticed a very large difference in how she is growing now. We have started some aggressive LST because she seems to be growing very tight together. We wanted to spread her out more so we clipped a few leaves and have trained some branches. Now to let her grow for a few more weeks before we flip her over to flower. This plant seems to be fairly stunted but we are hoping that after the LST she will respond positively and exhibit some growth in the coming weeks.

Ice Wreck is growing at a decent rate. We topped her in a couple spots last week and did a light defoliation on the plant. it is rather small, so we are going to flip her into flower next week, after 8 weeks of veg. This plant has been a bit of a struggle to grow but we are going to see how she turns out after flower. Stay tuned.

We are giving Ice Wreck plenty of time in the veg tent before flipping to flower. The plant itself does not seem to want to grow very much but we are doing the best we can. It is apparently not an easy plant to grow so we are seeing what works best with it. we have been defoliating the plant in order to get more light to the growing nodes, as they are still a little small at this point. the top two main nodes are growing nicely now and we expect something decent from them during flower. This plant has definitely been through its fair share of stress this grow and that may be why it is stunted. We do have another Ice Wreck seed growing that seems to be starting off better than this one, but more on that grow later.

The beginning of her tenth week! Wow, this has been a long one, but we figured that we want to get the best yield that we can from this plant and for grow scheduling, we don't mind letting this one veg out a little longer anyways. We really wanted to see what we could do with this plant and if we could in any way, reverse the stunted growth, but it seems to be a mixture of stress/genetics. We aren't fussing though, it has definitely been an interesting learning experience as we have gone along. Much earlier in the plants life, after topping, one of the nodes had been accidentally broken off and the plant seemed stressed out by that, as well as a transplant to a larger pot, only to find out it was too large for what we wanted to grow. At the end of the day though it has all been a fun learning experience and this is definitely a seed we would like to try and grow again. We have another Ice Wreck plant currently vegging (about two weeks) and if we like the pheno, we plan to keep it as a mother plant. Feb 26 - Ice wreck has shown some decent growth over the last few days so we figure that its time to stop vegging this one out, after 10 long weeks, and this sunday, at the beginning of her 11th week, we will be throwing her in the flower tent, to start the next part of her journey. We can't wait to watch this plant stretch during flower and see just what she is fully capable of. We expect a decent amount of growth, but nothing too crazy as she is a small plant to begin with.

It's been a busy time in our garden and we didn't get as many pics of ice wreck as we wanted to, in its first couple days of flower. It is looking nice and starting to really open up more. Once our Purple Punch is out of the tent it will have plenty of room to flourish. We hit it with a veg top dressing, and will begin our flower top dressings next week, giving the plant time to change over and start producing flowering hormones. We cant wait to see the results in a few weeks.

Ice Wreck has shot up quite a bit since we started to flower her. She did not have as much room in the tent as we had hoped for the first couple of days so some of the leafs were starting to brown and dry up. We have rectified the situation and she is slowly getting back to normal. Looking like a really nice plant so far and getting nice and tall. In some of the pics there she is next to our Super Lemon Haze grow that's around 30 inches tall
