So I started germination of 1 Power Plant bean on 01/14/2021. I'm using the paper towel technique. I folded the paper towel in half than misted it damp not saturated. Then folded the paper towel to cover the seed. I than stuck the paper towel with seed into a ziplock bag. Sealed it up and put it into a cool dark cupboard.
This lady will be going into my 12/12 from seed. 1 gallon SOG grow. Cant wait to get this grow up and live. Get a nice sea of colas booming in the setup. It's always a pleasure running Spliff seeds genetics.
01/17/2021 seed had nice tap root. I got it out of the paper towel and sowed into a 1 gallon pot. I premoistend the 1 gallon of sunshine mix #4. Using ph balanced water to 6.4. Now itll be just a little while longer before a sprout emerges. Cant wait!
After just over 5 days of germination time a sprout has bursted to the surface. Marking this day 1 of this ladies life. We are running her in a 12/12 from seed SOG grow. Veg will be as long as the lady takes to hit maturity. Usually roughly 4 weeks.
I generally run my SOG grows for 2 weeks 18/6 than flip to 12/12. Last run I had one open spot at the flip so I through a lady in to germinate and sprout under 12/12 lighting. I really liked the results so I decided to do a whole run like that and see how it goes.
At day 5 I will introduce her to a micro dose of nutrients. Break her in slowly to a good diet. I will update the feeding chart and diary than. Very excited to get this underway.
For the first couple days this lady stretched pretty hard too the 12/12 light schedule. After I gave her her first micro feed she really seemed to stable out. Focusing on fattening her first single bladed daggers and starting up another node.
Alot of that time was spent rooting... So I'm certain her productivity will pick up above ground this grow week. Until next update happy growing and stay lit fam.
Foliage growth has really started to pick up the pace. She didn't gain much height this week... thank God lol. But she did fill out! Definitely came to terms with the light cycle. Adapted to it and took flight.
Stuck with the same feeding as last week to start this week. I will likely boost the levels a bit end of the week. I treated her with Dr Zhymes as her first round of preventative treatment. Next up will be Loast Coast. Keep this lady clean and pristine.

This lady is really showing her power now! She's stacking and no longer stretching much. Her internodal spacing has became great. I'm very happy with this ladies performance as of late. Shes starting her 4th week of veg and really coming into it now true to her name. A Power plant.
She just received a nice shower. To clean off last weeks touch of residual build up. From her preventive treatments. I also increased her nutrient dosage. I felt the timing was right. She responded wonderfully confirming she was indeed ready.

There's the power this genetic is named after. She went hard branching and stacking. Beautiful production i am certainly impressed. Her initial transitioning stretching has done her well! As she fires off stigma getting ready for bloom. Her structre has improved 10 fold. I'm so excited for her future.
Got her on a better transition feeding. Supply her balanced needs with a balanced diet. I also treated her with Dr zhymes. Keeping up with my preventative regime.

This lady took off with quite a large stretch. Lots of budsites, and good structre to suit the SOG. Budsites are developing well and throwing off lots of stigmas. Time for some flower power.

After just 2 full weeks of bloom. I am starting week 3 with a well developed lady!
Bud sites are well structured as she continues to give them more form. Stigmas are piling on like crazy. Trichome production is revving up, and she's got a very noticeable stank wofting off of her. BLESSED!
I treated her with Dr zhymes as a preventative. Kept her nutrient dosage the same. End of week I will slowly start to taper back on the nitrogen. Very happy and healthy lady. Until next update. Happy growing and stay lit fam.
This lady is doing super. Scrumptious main cola just piling it on. Getting nice and frosty... I'm a happy camper. Only gained 3 inches and that just shear bud mass. Loving this one.
Dropped the gro dose by a quarter. I'm going to slowly reduce that right down to nothing over time. Little by little. Other than that not much to say but she's happy AF. Until next update. Happy growing and stay lit fam.
Buds are fattening up like crazy! Lots of frost and its multiplying fast. Very structured buds now and she continues to pile it on. True thing of beauty.
Came up a touch short on the pk and she started to show me sign of it. Got her on a pk booster and everything really leveled out. So far no progression of the symptoms. I left the odd leaf that was effected on the plant. To monitor if things stay stable or the deficiency progresses.

This lady is really bulking up! Fattening up those sweet bud sites. And oh my the frost! Very satisfied with the production outta this 1 gallon girl. Plus looks like she will finish up a touch quicker cuz of the smaller container too.
Nothing much has changed with the feed. Except now I'm giving kool bloom with the feeding. Plus giving it with 1 of the normally straight water dumps in the cycle. My pk battle has subsided for now again lol.

Swelling and bulking, bulking and swelling. This baby is coming to a close quick as she plows through the bulking phase. Putting on a thick layer of frost thats starting to glisten as the trichomes begin to get cloudy. Majestic to watch her show her true beaty during peak flowering.
No change in the feeding department. I'm going to ride it through with this until its time for the flush. Right now its rinse and repeat until shes getting good and ready. Until next update. Happy growing and stay lit fam.
