Big white widow auto + blue cheese auto

I’ve noticed nearly all of them have started shooting little white hairs out of there tops.. seeing new growth nearly every day so there doing alright.. any suggestions what I could do? I’ve lst a couple of them and just letting the rest do there thing to see the difference and gain experience.. The bigger one I don’t have a diary on but it suppose to be a white widow auto and that one has a lot of little white pistols shooting out so that one is well on its way to budding I’m sure..
