Day 0
Extra plants I just needed to flower
Not going to do much and see how it comes out
Have not set up a trellis yet, my LED grow does but
just trying to see if I can get a good finish
with HPS last time I overheat and cooked them so ya... lol
WIll be topping tomorrow very limited on height
Hmmm, this week I may top, IDK yet still thinking as to what to do exactly I don't want the plant to close to the light.
Plants have not really stretched as of yet.
Another Week, Week 3 so ya I did not top or cut clones I'm just going to make this play out and see how it goes hopefully it does not stretch any more really I may have to bend a little to ensure not close to the light
Hmm some light premature yellowing on fan leaves, Could be an abundance of PK, and just not that much N. Or Ph is not best to pick up N. I have PH about 6.1 - 6.4 Avg 6.2. Everything same. We will see how it goes.
Hmmm for day 38 I can say the fan leaves are yellowing/fading to yellow kind of early. I may have been using the PK too early but due to the way I am growing, I don't have much of a choice currently.
Next round I will do the whole room at once, this will allow me to not start the pk week 1.
Overall everything looks good.
Day 43 3/31/2021 Week 7
Still have a long way to go colas are tipping over a little due to weight let's hope they can stay strong and not break (as I will not be offering them any support).
Still got about 3 more weeks to go
Let's keep a close watch a see how it goes
Hmmm.. Might be fox tailing and it is very early so dropping temp to 66 to reduce heat when lights are on.
Will invest in a leaser temp gun after this to see what the left temp is at the top of the canpoy.
Also investing in a Wood moister meter so when harvest time I can have a good point when I need to actually trim.
Harvest is very long for me as they sit in the room in darkness with about 66-degree temps with 58% RH For about 4 weeks before I even try to see if it snaps. It takes a long time but is well worth it in the end.
Fresh Water getting ready for harvest, just started fox tailing so now is harvest time. Will get fresh water for the rest of the week than sit in darkness for 2 days before chop and hang time.
So I didn't cut like the 2 days I said I was giving it more time to really get some freshwater. I cut yesterday 3/32/2021 and I just took some tops off just to see how it was and hanged it to dry. As you can see it is pretty decent hopefully to the lower part gets some density.
I won't do a full cut till day 70 with hit the 10-week mark I do like mine to get a more body, but I will be cutting tops off every day till then once the top is off for all plant I will let sit in darkness for a while and then do full cut.
Overall, not too much fox tailing happened, and the overall bus look and smells great.
I dry for about 4 weeks it will sit in the sealed room set at 56% RH but I will be bumping that up to 58% RH
If anyone is wondering what kind of dehu I have I have a Quest 195E
https://www.questclimate.com/product/hi-e-dry-195/
It is overkill for a room of my size but it helps regulate everything very easily so I can set and forget and pumps the water right out.
@Smokwiri, Thank you, kind sir, lets hope that I can keep them that way, Flowering has always been a different monster for me. Even with AC, I have heat issues.
I know if I actually put a fan it would maybe help in reduce directly UV heat to plants and lowering the actually left temp but there are no fans in this sealed room yet cause I don't actually know where I want it to be, to be effective as well.
My goal is to Not foxtail. CO2 is sent to 500 with a deadband of 200 so it will go up to 700 ppm. The room is well sealed and I can tell cause c02 ppm go to about 800 - 900 as the plants off gas.
Stay tune and if you have any suggestions let me know
#letstrynottofoxtail
@Igrowneil, I could but it is too late into flowering I should have boosted in the 2nd week in my opinion, If I do that now it will trigger the plant to want to grow/foxtail.
We will just keep the train going and see how it goes.
@Syrunz, Well let's hope so, I think due to the plant being a 9 to a 10-week flowering plant. It may need support which I can't really do right now due to my setup till this one is finished.
So I hope they don't get too big or overweight where they break on themself.
Noting Change really, the White pistils are now showing.
This should state that the stretch is pretty much over and the plant should start to focus on fruit production.
We will see how it goes.
Idk what happened but one night I went to the room and it was freezing, AC is on AUTO set to 70 so I would expect if it drops below 70 it won't run or turn on some heat or something. The room drop to 56 Degrees I was like WTF. ANyways IDK if that had an adverse effect on plants but we will see
