Had a little trouble with these ones I took to many leaves off and topped it causing too much stress which resulted in very slow growth. They’ve been in since September and you’ll see how much they’ve grown which is not very much.. but there just heading in to flower now and it’s late January.. and they don’t change much from the second week
This girls have had a rough life.. I put them in same time as my other plant the big one.. I defoliated too many times and stressed her out which lead to very slow growth.. it has grown a little better over the past two weeks tho

She will be alright, chalk it up to experience. Not much you can do now, other than feed her and water her, it is what it is. Yes, removing healthy green leaves just reduces your plants capacity to produce energy, which then reduces her growth. In future, try and only remove yellow leaves.
Remember, less leaves = less energy = less growth.
