Another inspiring week for me and the gurls. First time SCROGGING so per daily life" failure and learning" every day....lol. Flipped the light cycle at beginning of the week. All the "push, pull and tuck" can get you lost in there...lol. Gonna feed them kinda heavy for the next couple days then put them on str8 water flush for bout 1.5wks. After that hopefully the stretch will be done and I can start feeding flowering nutes. Gonna try and wait till beginning of 3rd week to do one last heavy defoliation and lollipoping. I do realize now I definitely need another light of im gonna keep going with 8. But all in all im happy with results of current setup. Always learning and always room to tweek things for the better.
Those look great, Northern Lights is one of my all time favourites! Never been able to start plants off healthy like that, I always over or under nutriate.
@RazMonkey,im learning the hard way but your end result depends on ALL THE DETAILS(big or small). The early weeks is definitely about ppm,ph,air temp and air humidity and definitely not least is par(light intensity).
@Keepitgreen,that definitely helps a lot. Iโve been keeping ph at 6.2, I was also starting reduced nuets after 1 week. Next time I will wait till the 2nd set of true leaves.
@RazMonkey, I personally go with ph 5.6ish straight water from the time seed pops with its tail into Coco till the second leaves are strong(not the baby leaves that first show, the next ones after that. And if you down into her you'll see the next set coming). When the 3rd set is sprouting up out of the center like alien antennas. Then you can start you feeding/nutrients. But go lite on your strength(half strength at most). You have to watch you ppm tho. Only like mid-low 200's. If you're going off a nutrient chart then by the 3rd/4th week you can go to full strength according to your chart. Let me know If you need more. I use the platinum cyco nutrients line. I have 10-12 different nutes to mix together for veg/bloom.
