I started growing 3 years ago.
My first lights were the Bestva 1000 blurples.
I still have them.
And yes they're very good for seedlings.
They wont burn the seedlings as easy as the TS1000's.
In early veg, at full power (150₩).
I keep mine at 26 to 30 inches.
(The MH, that is).
@GeorgeCloney, I'm using the bestva as my veg & seedling lamp now it's a good light but the full spectrum is easier on my eyeballs. This is my 3rd run I started over the summer. Sticking with autoflowers mostly but I've got a photo run vegging out.
@GeorgeCloney, thx! Oops I still had the bestva 1000w during veg. I switched to the marshydro 1000w early on on flower.
Lights have been on full blast since seedling 24" height until flower then I kept it at 18" from the main cola.
