Pretty average week 2 with still just pH 6.6 water. Turned the Parfacts up to 100% today in prep to germ these ORT testers which should give the FBTs more juice as well. This lady here is the smallest of the gang with the least branches so far. The stem has been purple since day 1. I get a sense of a very exotic, low yield cannassuer strain. We shall see... So last week I predicted this strain to be a small one but this week she's steadily caught up and is pretty much equal in size and branching to 3 and 7 just with wider leaves. The purple stem is gone as all these strains stems have hardened off into fat trunks vs the usual flimsy toothpicks at this stage. Also they're all showing pistils so they're gonna stretch like crazy in the coming weeks. Can't wait to see what happens with them and the 5 ORTs that sprouted yesterday. Fed all the FBT ladies this week and started LST on the main stems. Got rid if some herm issues on 2101 but don't think the others are compromised. A little disappointed in the early onset of flower in these strains. Literally all 7 in less than 20 days. FastBuds, emphasis on FAST lol. Went out of town for the holiday weekend so I'm missing a couple of pics but anyhow we shall see how they stretch this week... Slow going for this lady this week. LST is not a good idea for this strain as it hasn't really done any sort of side branching. Basically just made two mains so probably a better candidate for topping on the next run. This strain has been dubbed Mimosa Cake. She is sativa dominant so she is understandably behind in flower development. I had a super short veg so her stature isn't what I shoot for but it is what it is. Hopefully she makes some big juicy buds but we shall see... Fed this week with a 50/50 mix 2 tbsp per gallon so 8 tbsp each plus worm castings to fill in any nutrient gaps.
