Chocolopeison I was traveling so I skipped the week 2 review, but we’ll continue with the girls today, they are finishing their 3rd week of life. We are keeping the parameters as ideal as possible. It’s worth mentioning that: Orca, Myco Chum, and Cannazym are given weekly, while the rest of the nutrients are daily. Chocolopeison Starting week 4, we made some changes and added a new room exclusively to create a lot of roots. This week's lighting: 150W quantum board with Samsung LM305H chip + Osram 660. We implemented automatic watering where I'm watering for 2 hours when the lights turn on with 250 ml and 2 hours before the lights turn off with 250 ml, so I'm at a total of 500 ml per day in 1-liter pots. Don't forget that I apply Orca, Myco Chum, and Cannazym with one watering per week, while the other nutrients are every day. This week we're going to do the first apical, I think. Chocolopeison Midweek update, I was MIA for 10 days since the last diary update and 7 days where I left the plants alone because I went on vacation. At least they were fine with the irrigation system I set up for them. I'm still keeping them in 1L pots (the root ball still needs filling). Now I'm going to take care of them as they deserve because they deteriorated in those 7 days. I also did a runoff test and I have variations in pH and EC, obviously. I've always given them the same water with nutrients, but this time I'm giving them the fertilizers that are listed this week because I'm going to focus on recovering the roots. After being alone for 7 days, salts accumulated in the reservoir and my pH increased, but we're regulating it in the watering. I'm not going to do a root wash to see if they can recover on their own. Before going on vacation, I did super cropping on the 6th node of the 4 girls, and now I'll show you the results after 8 days. I did some defoliation and another round of super cropping. When I got back, they were also lacking water (they'll be needing 2 waterings a day because of their size).

Chocolopeison Week 6 and a half for these girls. I went to the beach over the weekend and when I got back, they were looking really down and dry. So they got a bit stressed, and suffered from over-fertilization due to the accumulation of salts when the substrate dried out. We did an apical cut on all the girls and we've been doing supercropping to strengthen the lower buds. We're sticking with the same watering methods, and this week I think we’ll switch to 3.5L pots to eventually finish in either 11L or 20L, we'll see as they grow.

Chocolopeison Starting week 7 with these girls, I'm still keeping them in 1L and today we did their first massive defoliation, now just waiting for them to recover so I can transplant them into 3.5L pots. Honestly, I haven't had many problems, everything is still the same following the same order of nutrients, beneficial bacteria, and fungi once a week, and I'm now giving them enzymes every other day or every 3 days. We've already managed to take the first clones of the watermelon, punch, cookie, and the THC bomb. The DSS is still pushing strong, which is good, but I didn't have space for more clones. Cheers

Chocolopeison We were a bit MIA because I was feeling a little unmotivated, but here we go again! The girls are doing pretty well in week 8. We moved them to 3.5L pots and took the opportunity to give them GREAT WHITE SHARK. The technique we’re using is tying down the main stem since we did super cropping and apical on our main stem. We tied down the apical we super cropped and strengthened several branches. To control the height of the branches, we did apical pruning on those that were getting taller to even out the branches. Honestly, I don't know how many branches I need to remove, and I still have about 4 weeks left to clear my flowering cabinet and move them to flower, so we’ll try to create a really good structure before switching to flowering. I apply defoliation every time I take a photo, which is weekly, and I try to keep it to 4 or 6 nodes. The feeding remains the same, but I’m not sure if I mentioned: Rhizotonic: I’m using it only during transplants and when I do any pruning. Cannazym: I’m using it once a week. Orca and Myco Chum: I’m using them once every 1-2 weeks. Daily feeding: Calmag, silica, supervit, and canna coco a+b. I feed each one with 250-350 cc of solution, 2 hours after the lights come on and 2 hours before they go off. Thanks to this recipe, I haven’t had much variation in my runoff, and the girls are staying very healthy. Cheers!

Chocolopeison I've been disconnected, but here’s a little more about these girls. I still have them in the vegetative stage. This week, we managed to set up the tent for these girls, so we’re waiting to fill the tent and move on to flowering. The structure speaks for itself; I haven't done the proper ties yet since I'm waiting for the supports to arrive so I can give it more vigor than it already has with the support. We’re testing Cannaboost via foliar 3 times a day at 2 ml per liter. We’re going to use it until day 21 of flowering and then switch to watering. I want to check for differences since I have to try something new in all my grows, whether it’s a feeding style or whatever. Chocolopeison We started the flowering with these girls, I'm really delighted with them, to be honest, I won't lie to you, very eager to start seeing their flowers. We plan to fertilize only until week 5 for now. We're only doing 1 watering daily; we were at 1L and now we've increased it to 2L, and they received it very well. Something in particular is that we're trying cannaboost as a foliar spray; we've been giving it to the plant 3 times a day for the past 10 days, and we won't stop until day 21 of flowering, then we'll switch to root doses. We're doing this to save on cannaboost and compare results with its full dose, which I've already tested. The girls were super cropped (you can see a tutorial on my Instagram @chocolopeison) 7 days ago, and we also added some supports, and today we've moved them to flowering, recovered with a great defoliation of the lower leaves. Now we'll wait until day 14 to do another defoliation, super cropping, and mesh guiding that we'll be installing soon. For lighting, we're using 540W of qb (2 @heavengrowlight and 1 @meijiu).

Chocolopeison The truth is we didn't do much this week, mainly just waiting for day 22 of flowering for the anticipated defoliation. Next week, we'll have a lot more info. Chocolopeison Finishing the 3rd week of flowering

Chocolopeison Starting week 4 of flowering and we gave the girls a warm welcome to fully kick off this fattening phase. These days we dropped to 2 waterings per day. Normally we do 3. By the middle of the week, we'll be back to 3 waterings. We practically removed all the fan leaves from the girls, now we have much more penetration in the plant. We might have height issues, but we're already looking for ways to solve it.

Chocolopeison The truth is that this week the girls grew a lot, so we had to separate one of them to increase production a bit more. Honestly, we're very happy and we've completely removed the cal mag; I'm thinking that it's burning my plants a bit since my cal mag has too much nitrogen.

Chocolopeison We're in the last week of feeding these girls, eagerly waiting to achieve those fruits. Don't forget that we have 3 girls in one cabinet and 1 in another cabinet. Chocolopeison We're continuing with these girls, the dss x gc has had its water cut off because it's almost time to harvest.... for that, we left them without water for 2 days before harvesting, and hopefully, we'll hang it up whole. There's not much to add, we took some more decent photos.
