First Northern Lights ever

Gem28 Slowly working my light up from 50% to 100%. Dislike the rope ratchets it came with they’re so bulky the light ends up too close so I’m waiting to use them.

Gem28 Growing like a weed lol Is it too soon to start LST?

Gem28 Started LST a couple days ago to get that under growth poppin!

Gem28 I got a humidifier and a new fan this week! Think it’s already doing wonders. I thought 35% was good enough but then I realized it drops at night. So now it ranges from 40-60%

Gem28 All is decent! Didn’t quite give it enough top dressing but we’re still making progress. Been lowering the light a notch a day it’s at about 20 inches away now working my way down to 15 and trying to avoid fox tailing.

Gem28 Can’t believe we’re in week 7 she’s growing slow these days. I think I top dressed a little late I had some yellowing on the lower fan leaves but other than that she’s looking pretty happy I added another fan today to keep the heat from my light under control. I now have a new system for watering because my plants are different sizes and uptake the water at different speeds so the schedule I had wasn’t working out for the best. So now I pick them up and water when they feel light weight.

Gem28 She was a fast vegger but now she’s a slow flowerer lol waiting on the trichomes to join the party there’s just a few so far

Gem28 She’s looking good buds are forming. She’s not quite giving me any pungent odors yet but maybe someday. Not sure I will grow this strain again but maybe outdoors she would do a lot better since she is an earthy gal!

Gem28 She’s coming along nicely! Can’t wait till one of my other girls finish so I can give them all better light coverage. But so far so good 😊

Gem28 She’s going at her own pace apparently. finally seeing some bud formation going on and she’s smelling great! Maybe 2-3 more weeks. After harvesting her bestie and moving NL to a better light position she had sudden rapid leaf yellowing so I gave her a little top feed of buds and blooms and worm castings. I want the leaves to fade not fall!

Gem28 She’s doing her thing, I’d say a week or two longer. It’s been a pleasure growing this strain it’s smelling quite nice these days. Would recommend to new growers!

Gem28 Still not ready! Probably gonna chop her next weekend. I see some amber trichs just not that many she’s been flushing for 2 weeks just giving molasses in the water here and there
