First ever grow, not sure if doing things right. Light is actually a 85w led from ebay, full spectrum. It sprouted and started its first 3 pointed leaves 8 days ago and has stopped growing, will keep progress updated
Finally started to show some growth, was getting worried that i shouldnt of started with coco coir for my first grow. Started adding biobizz nutrients to the mix around 4 days ago and she seems to like it. Noticed new leaf growth from node of first serated leaves is this normal?
She is growing very well, shorter than i thought she would be, white pistils starting to come through now so switching to bloom nutrients on next feed. Starting to notice a smell come through outake fan now aswell
Pistilis popping out each node now, not seeing any explosive growth and tips of some pistils turning amber, especially lower ones. Installed carbon filter and ordered a mars hyrdo ts1000 to see if this helps out
Transplanted into bigger pot, leaves drooped and have only just started perking back up. Doubled in size and bud sights are shaded with leaves and tucking wont work. Switched to a mars hydro ts1000 light. Noticed some weird patterns on some leavea and discolouration but no clue as to why. Pistils plentiful now though
Those aren't burnt and it's not a cal-mag issue, the pictures your showing are showing pistils and those will turn a brown/orange color as they mature.
Gained some height since last week, bud sites everywhere. Defoliatated a few leaves to allow light in as its really bushy. Upped the nutrients and shes drinking alot more now. Hopefully see some trichromes popping up soon and they fatten up
Growing pretty well, trichomes appearing every day and smell is getting stronger. Noticing some brown spots on leaves not sure why maybe some deficiency. Very bushy with little light reaching interior. Hopefully she starts swelling up this week
Packing on the weight slowly, pistils starting to brown especially on some lower side buds. Spotted a few amber trichs on sugar leaves but cant get a close enough look on the main cola to tell when to start flushing. Hoping to start flushing by end of week. Had some deficiency issues but that seemed to of stopped now. Defoliated the worst leaves and some inner leaves to allow more light in. The smell when you accidentally rub trichs is phenomenal 😍 lowered bio grow to 1ml/l and bloom and topmax to 3ml/l and only adding calmag once every few days
Tooken some more fan leaves off to get more air and light into centre, noticed the base of stalk had white mould from the way i was watering but learned by my mistakes, mixed 10% bleach and water and brushed on affected area. No new signs after doing this. Bottom branches need propped up due to weight. Starting the flush tomorrow so that by wnd of week it should be ready to chop to give her sister more room.
Started the flush on monday as seen amber trichomes appearing on calyxs on the main cola and on lower buds. Ph'd the water to 6.3 but just using plain tap water on next watering. Pistils are 60-80% orange on some buds but lowers are still white so will maybe do staggered harvest to allow them to ripen up further
Overall its been a great learning experience to better my skills for future, definitely know more to look out for and be wary of. Qould definitely recommend this strain to anyone starting out as she is resilient
