Seeds was soaked in a cup of plain old tap water for 12hrs, then transferred them on some tissue to sprout, I then used 1 inch grodon rockwool cubes and soaked them in 5.5ph with 300PPM of Formulex for 2 hrs and transplanted them into the 1 inch rockwool cubes

I can reccomend Canna Aqua Vega and flores for nft systems...the quality I get is unreal and it's made for recirculating systems...I tried to switch from canna to ionics and run into trouble straight away with plants turning yellow...I've used nft for over 20 years👍
