GHE is pretty easy to use. GHE flora series. Buy flora gro, flora micro, and flora bloom. Buy calimagic. And GHE web got a pretty easy to follow schedules and amounts. You should start with them now if you want. For the exhaust question! LED lights don't put out that much heat so you could run a test and let your tent reach its max temperature with light on and see how hot it gets of its under 85°f your are good.. of you want an exhaust what I did is I bought a cheap bathroom exhaust fan at homedepot and connect it to the 6in circular window the tent came with that will drop my temperature from 90 that will reach to 82°f i got a 650w LED plus 4 n27 LED bulbs and for an intake I just put a desk fan on another window pushing air into the tent, cheap (under 70$)and works, i don't vent to the outside of my home though. Dark phase during veg keep it to 4 hours when you want to switch to flower just change the schedule I have run an experiment. I once gave her 24hr of darkness when switching and also switched without any dark periods more than the regular 12 hrs.. and there is no difference in how fast it flowers. But the plant with 24hrs of darkness was more pale after I gave her the light again. Once its dark for the plants is better to just leave her in the dark.. of you must check her in the dark tray to do it with a small flash light and do it fast... I got this crazy rule of mine which if I have to check it in the dark I try to do it no more than an hour after lights went off and for no longer than 5 min. But that's me lol. I haven't notice anything abnormal on plants I had checked during dark time though. Hope this helped my friend..

look great. up to 3 weeks you can not give anything to veg. you can give a stimulant for the roots. when it is dark you can look. but not for long

I would not bother checking your plants during lights out. But doing so wont hurt any to be honest. I have done it, but your light cycle in veg should be long enough that you dont need to be in there during that rest period. I would start feeding nurtients now! Start at 1/4 dose and see how she responds. If no issues then increase again next week. Always a great idea to add plain PH water to your feed at least once a week to prevent a buildup of salts, and will help you along the flowering stage so she can take her nutes from leaves and not rely 100% on your feeding. If you dont have a load of fans then do you have a window near by? You can run a duct from a window to your tent which will bring in fresh air. Even better if you can connect to to a intake fan. Be sure to put a screen over the duct so no bugs get in the room!

Growing in soil should allow you to not need to feed for the first few weeks. There should be plenty of nutrients in the soil for the seedling and early veg stages. I'd personally recommend waiting til weeks 3 or 4 to start with nutrients and even then at around 1/2 strength for the next week or 2. With photo-period plants, like yours, you should not interrupt the dark period at all. As Devoke said above, interrupting the dark period can cause hermaphrodites. If it happens once or twice for very brief periods, you'll probably be fine. But definitely do not make it a habit. So far, it looks like you're off to a great start! Good luck!

Lol if you couldn't tell I'm a Fox farm girl. :) they have a whole feeding schedule on their website. Or you can go to nutrients tab on the left drag bar, and I think all feeding schedules are there.

General Hydroponics flora series is a popular one for nutrients and are a lot of guides about them and the best feeding schedules. Exhaust fans are important to keep temperatures cool in your tent because they get rid of the hot air in the tent, but make sure they are placed near the top of the tent because hot air rises, if you have an intake place it at the bottom of the tent and on the opposite side of the tent, if you can also try to pull air from another room to get more cleaner and cooler air. I would definitely get one and they are not too expensive - https://ledgrowlightsexpert.com/top-10-best-inline-fan-grow-room-ventilation/ but you can use what you have laying around ;D. Also there should be a oscillating fan in your tent just to move the air in your tent around and make your little plants stems stronger but to much wind on them can cause wind burn so don't face it at them to much. You may want to get a thermometer and hygrometer as well if you haven't already but it looks like you have. Too increase humidity get a humidifier or place a bowl of water or something in the tent and a dehumidifier to decrease the humidity. To keep temps cool just add a air conditioning unit to your room to keep it cool or just add more fans to your tent should work.
