I received some great tips here. For starters by suggestion I have lowered my day-time temps to between 75-78 degrees and my night-time temps to between 65-68 degrees. I had no intentions of trimming/defoliation anymore. So far she's adjusted well. Ive adjusted to only watering from the bottom instead of top watering.
Power went out and came back on last but it tripped the breaker for my tent. Temps dropped down to 61 degrees and there were no lights for about 11 hours. So I guess my question is will she be able to bounce back? I uploaded a pic of how she looked when I found out.
Also, your Co2 is ineffective at those low temps and PAR. Get ur heat up to 78 and feel out your hand water set up. Co2 when you have more light and can undwrstand how the plant uses it
@Andre3001, Until you start looking at tweaking and perfecting VPD, you should really be focusing on 78F to 82F for most of your veg and flower. For me, 78 is the absolute sweet spot.
In veg, you can go to 85F no problem, but as soon as the plant switches to flower, it wants those chillier fall temps. In late flower if you can be at 70-72F and like 45 -50 RH, you are gold. The higher temps in flower slow growth, decrease yield, decrease terpene production big time, and incites mold and botrysis.
@BudXs, are you speaking of the temp when the lights are off? It's normally between 85 to 89 during the 18 hours of light then I drop it to between 73 to 75 during lights out. Any feedback is much appreciated.
Looking decent my man. I appreciate guys who speak in their vids, i really do. Im growing this strain too, right around the same day in age, it was a gift from @greenhouselab. He says this is a very bushy plant naturally. I would lay off any further defoliation, and really this plant doesnt need LST like so many xl and xxl auto variants do. Keep it up dude, will keep an eye out
