After floating/soaking in a glass of water for 12 hours in complete darkness, I noticed the seed was finally submerged and starting to split open. Next I transferred into a damp folded paper towel and placed it back into darkness for another 12 hours so the tap root could grow a little bit longer before transplanting into a red solo cup full of coco seedling media.
First 2 weeks I only fed nursery water with general hydroponics bio root.
Gave it veg nutrients for 3 weeks before transitioning into flower. Used bio root, bio grow and flora bloom during veg
Decided to put this girl into flower. Planned on having her as a mother but I’ll be going a different route with a stronger genetic strain.
Switched the light cycle to 12/12, Stopped using the flora gro/ bio thrive and added the remaining flora series (expert chart drain to waste) which is flora micro, flora bloom, Floralicious plus, diamond necatar, won’t be using the flora nectar, decided to go another route for a sweetener/hardener that I’ll be introducing during late flower.
Odor is starting to become heavy, will be adding my can lite mini 6x16” carbon air filter mated up with my ac infinity cloud line t6 inline fan. Started to see the beauty come out in this cherry pie! Trichomes are filling in nicely 🙌
Installed the carbon air filter into the tent standing up next to the plant with ducting leading out of the nearest duct hole leading to above the tent(outside), connected to the inline fan which rests on top of the tent and I have ducting leading from the exhaust side of the fan to outside window of house. Sounds very formal because I’m currently high asf 😂
Still feeding G.E flora series for the most part. Besides switching flora nectar with a glucose sugar from a local shop that’s no mixed with any other nutes so I can use small amounts during flush without worry of bad taste since it’s just sugars.
Every week I feed twice with a watering in between for the most part. Every week I may lower or increase bloom and/or bloom supplements, so I don’t give it the same amount of ml each feeding. Below is an example of this weeks feeding. Used filtered tap water with a ppm of 150
Flora micro-4ml
Flora bloom- 8ml
Floralicious plus-1ml
Liquid Kool bloom-8ml
Glucose pure -5ml
Very pleased with the progress from week to week. Only using the hlg 65w. Impressed!
Colas have been swelling up nicely this past week. Trichomes are giving the buds a nice silver shine. Still has a lot of white hairs standing straight up and all the trichomes bulbs are clear. Hopefully she continues to swell up and fill in up the stock so I the tops won’t be so short . Will feed twice this week with a heavy watering in between.
I figured that there’s two weeks left before I will cut her down, so I’m going to be flushing but still adding sugars to Dense up the nugs some, not worried about it effecting the taste since there’s no nutrients mixed with the glucose im using.
Slightly confused as the buds are still swelling up and there’s long white pistols sticking up. Idk if Light is leaking through the tent or maybe I’m a week ahead of myself. Either way I’m going off the trichomes which are all still clear.
Last night I checked the trichomes and she’s about 80%cloudy 20% amber, so I decided to turn off the timer to keep her in darkness for 48 hours. Hopefully the soil and rootball will be mostly dry as I was aiming to harvest that route. Also hope I flushed enough 🤷♂️🏻. Will be chopping her down tomorrow and I’m stoked to begin the drying/curing process. Still need to grab some wide mouth jars. Small plant so wouldn’t be surprised if I end up with a little over an ounce dry weight. This was a choppy first diary as I didn’t add the weeks of veg. But the next one will be a masterpiece with even better genetics!! Thanks for your time reading this, enjoy and always stay stoned everyone!
