Tried to germinate 9 seeds with different methods, I soaked 3 in water for 14 hours and into paper towels- no good, I also put a couple into rockwool- no good, I put 4 into paper towels that were slightly damp and moist and misted with a weak rhizotonic solution - 1 germinated. So I ended up with just the one seed barely germinating through the paper towel method, I mixed up the tags so don't know which of the 3 it is!

No, not yet, you should wait to flush once the trichomes are cloudy and the pistils are starting to go back into the buds, your plant is still showing a lot of white pistils, meaning she's not ready yet if you were to flush now you'll have a small yield.

Hi starting to get ready for a flush, I've brought the nutes down to 380ppm and will start flush when I get around 300ppm and flush for a week, I've noticed purple hue on some buds and sugar leaves on about 10 different bud sites, it's looks lovely but should I be worried?? TIA

Yes it's a sign that she's finishing up, and yes you can do a partial harvest people do it all the time, it's very normal.
