So far so good for the lambs breath. The candy cane grew really slow and them came out looking dead and deformed. I am germinating a new seed that will be roughly a week behind. The soil used is in the pictures. Mixed some more perlite and worm castings in as well. Using a 25/75 ratio of gaia green all purpose and power bloom at 2tbsp per gallon. Some people use 1 and some recommend 4. I don't really know what's right or wrong. Guess it's part of the fun.

Everything looks good so far. Just ph 6.5 water and nothing for the week. The candy cane is a week behind but looks better than the first. Brought the light on the lambs breath up a bit as its growing. Probably start LST next week. This is the week of Mar. 9-16.

Added nutrients to the lambs breath this week. 2 tbsp per gallon. I see some people use more or less but will see how this goes. Growth is great. Looks so much better than my first grow. Plant took well to low stress training. Going to do some more as time progresses. Starting to smell alittle. Candy cane is growing strong as well. Going to start training next week. I also started taking pictures with just my camera light as the grow lights weren't showing the true color. Sorry about that! Mar. 24-30.

Another great week! Candy cane really starting to grow, so I began training it and also added nutes (50/50 2tbsp per gallon). Lambs breath looks so much better than my first and has also began flowering! Still watering at 6.5 ph with a little bit of defoliation to get light to the lower buds. The lambs breath has also started to flower and mid week the leaves on the upper half began yellowing on the tips so I turned my humidifier off as it was almost directly on it. I read a few things about direct humidity doing that so will see if that fixes the problem! Also moved my lights up a bit as my main cola is getting close to it. Week March 31- April 6

Plants looking great. Lambs breath starting to bud up real nice. Still alittle burnt on the tips. Candy cane is just starting to enter flowering. Everything is growing nice. Very bushy on the bottom of the Lambs breath so I think I'm going to cut the small branches on the bottom aka do alittle lollipopping to send the nutes to the main buds. April 7-13th

Both plants look great! Candy cane is in full flower mode. I trimmed off a couple branches on the bottom to send the energy into the buds. Just continuing to water. The lambs breath is getting very sugary and has a crazy strong citrus smell! Nothing special for this week. Will be adding final nutes next week. April 14th-20th.

Added last hit of nutes to lambs breath this week(2tbsp per gallon 75/25). Hope it increases bud mass and all times out nicely but will see! Candy cane will be last addition of nutes next week. Doesn't look like it's budding as nice as the LB but it is under a different light so that may have to do with it. I ordered a spider farmer SF-1000 so next time it will be more consistent light across both plants. Everything is going well. My ph meter just broke so this upcoming week may turn into a science experiment but again, will see. April 21st-28th

Another great week! Lambs breath is getting really fat. Just continuing to water. Got a close up with my camera to see where it was in trichome orangeness and looks like it already has a bit of orange. Seems early for week 9? Candy cane is starting to thicken up on on colas. Not alot of trichome production but its a different strain so may take alottle longer in the long haul. Got a new light this week! Spider farmer SF-1000. Pictures look much better (no blurple) and also the tent was 28-30C with old lights. Now it sits around 25C and the lower Temps seems to help with the stench as the wife was starting to smell it in the house(with carbon filter). April 29th- May 5th.

Harvested lambs breath on May 11th. Seemed early but trichomes werent lying. Wet trimmed the big fan leaves and weighed out at 209 grams so hoping to get over and ounce for yield. Candy cane is coming along. Still looks like it has a few weeks of flower as not much trichome production. Just started giving it some molasses (1 tbsp per gallon) just since I heard nothing bad about using it. May 5th-12th

Candy cane is looking great and growing big. Added some nutes early this week because it looks like it still has a few weeks before its done. Watering at 6.5 with a tablespoon of molasses per gallon. She's drinking about a liter and a half per day. Lambs breath is harvested but ill wait until a 2 week cure is done before I finish it's diary. May 13th-19th.

Great bud. Day time for sure as its a sativa. A good hint of citrus. A pretty smooth vape(I don't smoke) with a decent flavor. Not the best ever but probably due to me growing, not the genetics.

It's been easy to grow...just add your Fertilizer during recommended times at different ratios and water with dechlorinated tap water at 6.5 ph. Couldn't be happier with the ease and I have 2 more seeds so ill be trying it again with a full run on my new lights and maybe a bit of dolomite lime if I see any cal-mag deficiencies occur this time.

Another steady week. Starting to water 2 liters daily! Water still ph at 6.5 and adding 1 tbsp of molasses per gallon. Think it still has a couple weeks. Buds are really growing but trichomes are still pretty weak. Think this one may he heavier than the lambs breath! May 20-26

Kind of a weird week.. everything going normal, but I may have stressed the plant out by adding a second light. So I got my 1st spider farmer sf1000 a few weeks ago and switched out the blurple light, then last week I added my 2nd sf1000 and maybe someone can help with what I see. Looks like it re vegged? It's like little branches started half way through flower. Not too sure why but I assume it's cuz of the light? Any insight or similar experiences would help. Other than that just plugging away same routine. May 27- June 2nd

Hi, if your light period is under 13h/day, it should not be re-veg but much more probably stress (you change the light), it looks like "Fox tailing" The main reason about cannabis foxtail, indoor, is stress due to light. If you switched your light at week 11, it probably shocked the plant. Foxtail could also be a genetic attribut to some sativa strains. I am pretty sure it's a combinaison of your strain genetics and the light stress. Nothing to do bro. Enjoy your harvest Take care

Nothing special. More water at 6.5 with molasses. Lots of fox tailing due to too many light changes. Will be consistent next time. Just waiting to see some orange trichomes then I may harvest and trim the fox tails depending on if they show any milky trichomes. June 3rd-9th.

Looks like plants are starting to eat themselves as its been awhile since getting nutes. Hopefully the foxtailing doesn't take away from thc production (probably will). Just waiting to harvest and watering with 6.5 molasses water. Hopefully soon. Some parts are looking like there getting on their way. June 10th-16th.

I feel like this flower will never end its flowering hahah. Still plugging away as the sugar continues to build on the newer foxtails but I have yet to see any orange trichomes so I will just continue to water and hopefully this is done soon so I can start my next ones! Wayer is still 6.5 wuth 1 tablespoon of molasses per gallon. Smells great, looks good, and buds are massive. Hopefully they don't mold and still smoke nice. June 17th-23rd.

Haven't changed anything. See very little orange trichomes here and there but some parts of the plant are starting to brown and die. Kind of on the inside buds beneath the foxtails. Im going to call it next week. Give it 2 days of darkness then dry it. 17 weeks seems like a long time. The buds are massive, a decent amount of Milky trichomes and no clear ones. My next grow will be 2 more of these candy canes but without screwing it up (adding lights). June 24th-30th.

Welp. I gave up and chopped it (luckily). I didn't give up but it was taking way too long in my eyes and the buds were so dense I had a suspicion it may not be getting enough air flow. Harvested on July 4th and alot of the big centers were moldy. I managed to salvage just under half and its now drying. July 1st-4th.

Haven't tested yet. Will update after some cure time. Probably just use it for edibles as I assume it won't be the best bud (my fault).

It weighed in at 800 grams wet because I let it grow for way too long waiting for the trichomes to amber up a bit. Instead I got a whole bunch of mold. Good air flow but the buds were way too dense and this is all my fault for changing the lights through the grow. It confused the plant and created some big old foxtails. So what I salvaged was about 200 grams and after drying came out to just over an ounce which isn't bad. I've learnt alot through these 2 plants and am all more eager to grow my next 2 and see if I can improve. Cheers all!
