Decided to start tracking grow with GrowDiaries half way through plant lifespan. Dates not 100% accurate as going off memory & my memory is shit through all the weed I smoke hahahaha
Second ever plant grow. 1st grow grew with Northern Lights Auto strain.... not a great yield & plant was sickly. Hoping I got it right this time!
- Germinated seed directly in Biobizz All-mix substrate and it's final pot (23cm / 9" Teracotta)
Plant growing fast & healthily. No signs of any deficiencies yet. Propped stem up with a little mound of soil to support as I accidentally nearly toppled it over when watering.
Nutes - Biobizz Grow
Started to see signs of an early N deficiency this week in the two bottom leaves. Added 1 more ml of BioGrow to the next couple of feedings to see how it goes.
N deficiency starting to get a little worse. Added .5 more ml of Grow to feedings. Preflowers shown themselves during this week so added Bloom at first signs of bloom.
Just nearing the end of week 8 / 2nd week of flowering. One of the bottom leaves shrivelled up & fell off nearing the end of last week :( Started to see signs of Nute burn I think so dialled back the nutes.
Half way through week 9, mottling leaves don’t seem to be getting worse nor anymore signs of deficiencies. Started adding more plain water in-between feedings. Checked run off PH & PCM all seem to be in normal range. My lady scared me with all the signs of nute burn/ deficiencies but they don’t seem to be getting any worse... going to keep an eye on it, can’t afford any problems this close to flowering.
Hi fellow growers! I have some weird yellow/brown dots starting to appear on one of the leaves. Some leaves are also starting to claw up. What am I doing wrong? Nute burn? I already started to dial back the nutes. Any help is greatly appreciated for me and my sick lady
Hi mate, looking at your pics the yellowing only appears to be lower old leaves, there probably not getting much light and have served there purpose, if just pluck them off, the new growth at the top looks fine 👍
Starting the week, one of the bottom leaves has gone yellow. Not sure if this is normal or not or the plant still has deficiencies. Researched and my lady could have a calcium deficiency. Realised that I didn’t add any calmag in during feedings.... Ordered some to add in for a few feedings and should be delivered any day now.
Flush week!!!
Was away for the week so I talked my boyfriend through how to look after her over video call 😂. Week 1 of flush went okay, a few of the fan leaves have fell off but that’s because the buds are taking all the goodness out of em. Fat buds
Starting to see signs of light stress at the top of the plant. Guess I shouldn’t of been away 😭 Moved light up and plant out a bit. Hopefully she recovers and I get a good yield.
Week 12 and harvest week. Time to harvest the fruits of my labour!
Really happy with the plant recovery. Whipped out my jewelers scope & checked the trichomes. Most milky white and about 15% of them amber. Matured enough so it’s harvest time! Since I’m growing for medicinal purposes & anti-anxiety this is what I need ☺️
Trimming freshly cut buds is so therapeutic
Harvested on 28/03/21 & into the airing cupboard for drying at 50% humidity.
Happy with harvest, wasn't expecting much due to the limitations of the grow space.
Buds dried at just under an ounce.
Next grow: Narco Purps Auto. Going to try my hand at LST for the first time to get more cola sites. Stay tuned for the next one!
