Day43 - I fed her with compost tea.(3000ml) I have started defoliation by removing 4 lower leaves every 2days.
Day44 - Tiny yellow spots appeared on Lowest leaves. I assumed that It was magnesium deiciency ,not confirmed.
I gave her extra mag on the following day.
Day45 - Normal feeding (3000ml)
Day46 - I turned on air conditioner, lower temperature to 29C .
Day47 - Normal feeding (3000ml)

@@hillman, Laughing Buddha is half Thai and Jamican. Both Thailand and Jamica have tropical climate ,temp can reach up 37C in Thailand. That's why I dont want temp to go below 27C , Thank you anyway!

@TropicalCAT, that would be the mecanics of it, however without a proper read you can´t be sure of the exact temperature. Try a solution temperature of 20°C for a week. It is the ideal temp for nutrient absorbtion. Day air temp 25°C.

I would look with amagnifier glass under the leaves, i think you have a pest in your growtent

these spots appear only on particular lower leaves which means this is some kind of deficiency.
