@m0use, From what they've told me before, they choose which ones get shared to their stories, and then the absolute random public chooses how funny they think it is, on a sliding scale. After the month ends, they take the "top" memes to be voted on, again by absolutely anyone, they don't even have to smoke, use, or even like cannabis, but their vote counts either way. So, people can easily enlist others to vote thiers higher, or vote their competitors down, ensuring they keep going. They feel the public vote is the most fair, but don't seem to care that IG is shady as f**k.

@GeOMaTTiC, yea I don't get how they got to the final round. maybe its internal voting within fast buds HQ then external? I only ever saw the final rounds on the instapage. and I use a web browser to view it as I don't have insta.

@CanarianGrow92, It should be an in house vote, as it's an in house contest. It's way to easy to cheat with IG. Since they can share 1 new meme a day, and yet they don't, something is definitely up. There can't be that many that are offensive, as there are plenty of boring ones, and several very good ones they chose not to share. When several people in here comment that a non offensive meme is hilarious, and yet doesn't get shared by FB, right there is a big flag. I'm still confused how a meme that wasn't funny enough to share months ago, somehow becomes funny enough to share and win now. This is one of those situations where the more you try and understand it, the less it makes any sense. However, the biggest thing that irks me, are the memes that are not specific to FB, but literally every plant out there. Only FB can have a December harvest? FB are the only breeder that has people constantly checking on their plants? If you like mostly amber trichomes, only FB can provide it and make you happy? (That's just one small example, as there are several in every month, and too many to post here) The number of entries has dropped significantly since the beginning, certainly not due to lack of people in GD, but more likely due to people tired of all the BS that goes with it.

@m0use, i understand your point my friend, but its hard to keep everyone happy, maybe your point of view is different than others so if they change it somebody else is going to be angry, as company i think thats the most difficult part. The other point about winning, yes and i even would have won another competition (first prize) but i was disqualified for not meeting the requirements so i dont think fastbud likes me or 'fingerpoint', i just publish some funny pictures i found on the internet, edit them slightly and add something funny (funny to me, maybe not to you, humor also varies a lot around the world), lots of months i dont win nothing sometimes i win so i dont really think its that i like them or i know what they want as at the end its the people voting on insta over the month. If you win this month, enjoy, if not, better luck next time and keep trying, for me its already fun that fastbud give this opportunity to the people, a small amount of money help the growers also in buying some seeds, gear or whatever we need to continue growing, so we should all appreciate what fastbuds does for this community. Just my opinion
