Everyone here has given you good advice: start them in their final pot. No techniques other than LST and a little defoliation if necessary ... There's no reason to make life harder for yourself, no reason to give yourself the chance to fail. Good luck!

I made it to the finish line but question I flushed Sunday and didn't water all week today is Wednesday and I am putting them through 48 hrs before I hang em up will that screw my drying process up will it dry to fast ???

Instead of talking about personal prefference it is better to search for a fact based answer. Here is a link to the Advanced Nutrients website. It is the number one nutrients used by cannabis growers. And they explain why you should not water your plants 3 days before harvest. https://www.advancednutrients.com/articles/harvesting-big-buds/#:~:text=Stop%20Watering%201%2D3%20Days,it%20will%20increase%20resin%20development. You can water again when you are planning to chop her in a few days. But when you are planning to cut her today I would not water again. Enjoy your harvest! 😋
