You're going to ship out edibles to people worldwide?? This has a very high chance of getting sized by customs and making a big mess for the company/recipient.
shipping items with high levels "over 0.3%" of THC is way different ballgame then seeds or merch.
Good Luck! you'll need it.

@m0use, ITS KINDA DA SAME THING WHERE YOU LIVE IN CANADA!! IMPORTING CANNABIS SEEDS INTO CANADA, EVEN AS A GIFT, IS ILLEGAL UNLESS SPECIFIC CONDITIONS ARE MET AND PROPER AUTHORIZATIONS ARE OBTAINED. CANADA'S CANNABIS ACT AND REGULATIONS STRICTLY CONTROL THE IMPORT AND EXPORT OF CANNABIS, INCLUDING SEEDS!!!! CANNABIS, INCLUDING ITS SEEDS, IS CLASSIFIED AS A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE UNDER CANADA'S CANNABIS ACT. THIS MEANS ITS MOVEMENT ACROSS INTERNATIONAL BORDERS IS HIGHLY REGULATED.
CANNABIS THC GUMMIES CANNOT BE SHIPPED TO YOU IN CANADA FROM ANOTHER COUNTRY AS A GIFT. THE IMPORTATION OF CANNABIS PRODUCTS, INCLUDING THC GUMMIES, INTO CANADA IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED UNLESS SPECIFIC CONDITIONS ARE MET AND PROPER AUTHORIZATIONS ARE OBTAINED BY LICENSED ENTITIES FOR MEDICAL OR SCIENTIFIC PURPOSES.
THE CONCEPT OF A "GIFT" DOES NOT CIRCUMVENT THE LEGAL REQUIREMENTS FOR IMPORTING CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES. THE INTENT OF THE SENDER OR RECEIVER DOES NOT CHANGE THE LEGAL STATUS OF THE PRODUCT OR THE NECESSITY FOR PROPER AUTHORIZATION.

@HinduGod, the legal status of something is based off of the content of a substance, in this case THC. Seeds are less then 0.3% THC this is why they are not illegal, same as hemp. Its a grey area, may not be able to sell them outright but if you buy a trinket and the seeds are free with trinket purchase then its a work around. What you do with the seeds is up to you, they are not classified as a living plant, so they don't fall under the rules if it can at any point grow THC then its illegal, but this was old rules before legislation. Same with mushrooms. The substance banned is psilocybin and psilocin, not the mushroom its self. but because the mushroom contains that substance they are part of the ban. Not all mushroom contain them compounds and not all cannabis plants contain THC to an intoxicating amount. and when written into law it must have a very clear and precise language, identification and meaning.
That's why the gummies with high % of thc is a massive red flag and how seeds are not. We also regulate any thc containing products via a government agency same with alcohol. They say in the contest details they will ship world wide. so curious to see whose packs gets flagged and confiscated.
Sending that kinda stuff in the mail if your the shipper can get you in shit from external governments and your own as you doing something illegal and they don't like it when their own ppl are pissing off others. fuck up your business license and get everything you do flagged under extra scrutiny, might even carry over to the person doing the paper work for them as they will have the doctor it, this is of course only if they get caught.

@m0use, DAT IS FALSE STATEMENT!!!! CANNABIS ACT AND REGULATIONS UNDER THE CANNABIS ACT, IT IS ILLEGAL TO IMPORT INTO CANADA, OR EXPORT FROM CANADA, CANNABIS WITHOUT A VALID PERMIT OR EXEMPTION ISSUED BY HEALTH CANADA . THIS APPLIES TO ALL FORMS OF CANNABIS, INCLUDING SEEDS, REGARDLESS OF THEIR THC CONTENT. THE ILLEGAL IMPORTATION AND EXPORTATION OF CANNABIS IS CONSIDERED A SERIOUS OFFENSE. INDUSTRIAL HEMP AND SEEDS WHILE INDUSTRIAL HEMP, DEFINED AS A CANNABIS PLANT WITH 0.3% THC OR LESS IN ITS FLOWERING HEADS AND LEAVES, IS REGULATED DIFFERENTLY FOR DOMESTIC CULTIVATION AND CERTAIN DERIVATIVES,
INDUSTRIAL HEMP AND SEEDS WHILE INDUSTRIAL HEMP, DEFINED AS A CANNABIS PLANT WITH 0.3% THC OR LESS IN ITS FLOWERING HEADS AND LEAVES, IS REGULATED DIFFERENTLY FOR DOMESTIC CULTIVATION AND CERTAIN DERIVATIVES, THE IMPORTATION OF ITS SEEDS IS STILL CONTROLLED. THE INDUSTRIAL HEMP REGULATIONS AUTHORIZE THE IMPORTING AND EXPORTING OF INDUSTRIAL HEMP SEED OR GRAIN, BUT THIS REQUIRES SPECIFIC LICENSES AND PERMITS . TO IMPORT INDUSTRIAL HEMP SEEDS OR GRAIN, YOU MUST:
HOLD A LICENSE FROM HEALTH CANADA.
HAVE AN IMPORT PERMIT ISSUED BY HEALTH CANADA FOR THAT SPECIFIC SHIPMENT.
POTENTIALLY OBTAIN AN IMPORT OR EXPORT PERMIT FROM THE OTHER COUNTRY, DEPENDING ON THEIR REGULATIONS.
FURTHERMORE, LEGAL SEED IMPORTERS MUST REGISTER WITH THE CANADIAN FOOD INSPECTION AGENCY (CFIA) AND COMPLY WITH THEIR RULES AND POLICIES. ALL IMPORTED SEEDS MUST BE CLEANED (FREE OF SOIL, PLANT DEBRIS) AND ACCOMPANIED BY A PHYTOSANITARY CERTIFICATE.
PERSONAL VS. COMMERCIAL IMPORTATION INDIVIDUALS ARE GENERALLY PROHIBITED FROM IMPORTING INDUSTRIAL HEMP INTO CANADA. THE REGULATIONS PRIMARILY CATER TO COMMERCIAL IMPORTERS WHO HOLD THE NECESSARY HEALTH CANADA LICENSES AND SPECIFIC IMPORT PERMITS FOR EACH SHIPMENT. THESE PERMITS ARE VALID FOR A ONE-TIME SPECIFIC SHIPMENT AND THE AMOUNT CANNOT EXCEED WHAT IS SPECIFIED ON THE PERMIT.
CBD AND PHYTOCANNABINOIDS IT'S IMPORTANT TO NOTE THAT ALL PHYTOCANNABINOIDS, INCLUDING CBD, ARE REGULATED UNDER THE CANNABIS ACT. EVEN IF SEEDS ARE MARKETED AS "CBD SEEDS" WITH LOW THC, THEY ARE STILL SUBJECT TO THE SAME STRICT IMPORT AND EXPORT CONTROLS AS OTHER CANNABIS PRODUCTS
THEREFORE, WHILE THE THC CONTENT OF THE SEEDS IS A FACTOR IN HOW THE PLANT MIGHT BE REGULATED DOMESTICALLY ONCE GROWN (E.G., AS INDUSTRIAL HEMP), IT DOES NOT EXEMPT THE SEEDS THEMSELVES FROM THE STRICT IMPORT REGULATIONS UNDER THE CANNABIS ACT. ANY IMPORTATION OF CANNABIS SEEDS INTO CANADA REQUIRES EXPLICIT AUTHORIZATION FROM HEALTH CANADA IN THE FORM OF A VALID PERMIT, TYPICALLY ISSUED TO LICENSED COMMERCIAL ENTITIES FOR MEDICAL OR SCIENTIFIC PURPOSES, OR FOR INDUSTRIAL HEMP CULTIVATION UNDER SPECIFIC CONDITIONS.

@HinduGod, Woof, do you use a program to type in all caps?? or just instruct the AI to do it for you?
This is all probably true if your are a commercial importer/exporter of seeds and want to be on the good side of the government, eg hemp farmers, however, no breeder is shipping cannabis seeds with proper permits or paperwork. not one of them will go though this much work to a hobbits grower. its not worth their time. In fact the only main brand of seed being imported and not domestically ran I have seen in the official OCS stores is dutch passion and they only have 2-4 strains listed as they make them do it all over again for each strain of seed. So they testing the waters with a few strains to see if its even relevant to be on the good side of it or just keep doing the shady aftermarket like everyone else. and shocker its not worth it. Canadian government fucked themselves over. No other seeds have strict regulations on them like this. I've imported many garden seeds from herbs to tress to veggies and fruits. Once my package got flagged and opened, nothing was taken from it and some of the seeds where on a do not allow list for fear they may become invasive. It requires the border control to have an expert knowledge of everything that's allowed or not at all times, and well that's not possible.
The bigger issue here is control of the after market aka resellers of unlicensed dispensaries. Funny enough they don't sell seeds, no money in it, just clones and products of cannabis from buds to extracts to pills. The government enacted harsh rules on everything to help control that after market and give them more power to manage that. but its failed and the aftermarket dispensaries are still doing better then the legal ones lol. However I do like the legal ones for testing their products and confirming they align with standards for molds and such.
If the aftermarket did that, well their would be no need for official ones.
To my original point, seeds are gray area, not easily identifiable, easy to slip past border services as ppl don't care, I was wrong in some points as I was referencing older data but most of it still stands. However shipping out plant matter and edibles with higher THC percentages is much more harder to do and the consequences for it are bigger. especially if the products have any identifiers on it. and the base of anything being illegal is still on a chemical structure. amendments to said laws are common, and the cannabis act has been amended many times. Hard to keep up with it unless your a paralegal or lawyer and track all the ins and outs.
You spewing crap in caps does nothing, I'm just going to ignore you now. Troll like behaviors with some weird profile complex.

@HinduGod, I have had many interactions with ppl who I do not agree with and do not think they are trolls. I didn't say what you wrote back was wrong or not factual.
But you yourself are annoying and playing a bit. I don't care to engage in it. Later boomer.
