For me it has to go thru an intermediary bank to receive Euro then convert to USD then be transfered to my bank in international wires then deposit to my account. I think everyone in EU is considered local since same currency. IDK.

We understand your frustration but as you described in one of your comments - we think that the problem is that your bank cant receive international payments directly. @Natrona, Sorry for the delay. We've actually wire the transfer last year maybe in the beginning/mid of December and the finance did not come back to us with any info on it (meaning it was accepted). We will find out whats happening. Sorry for this situation one more time
