So much Drama in this shit show of a competition and most of it is caused by the same profiles month after month
some of who have not even had a recent grow in years
I haven't competed in it since 2020 and would not have done so this time if Seedsmans seeds wasn't the prize
I have wanted the cream n cheese cbd strain for ages and thought I would have a crack at winning some
Only to get Accused of being a cheat , I have been harassed and threatened via DM messages for something I have not done
Not to mention having to negotiate a minefield of FAKE PROFILES asking dodgey questions in an attempt to get us eliminated
or just trolling for attention.
Win or Lose I wont be putting myself through this crap again and I am honestly considering taking a break from this site in the near future as it has been inundated with too many "entitled" people who feel that they can do and say whatever the fuck they want without consequence .

Yeah dude thatβs the internet these days and frankly our world as well these days. There was sketchy shit going on but if any of the top 4 were involved - it was YOU!
Na just kidding, if any of us top 4 were involved it hardly benefited us. the top 4 was consistently answering shit day after day.. they definitely need to rework this competition.
Iβm 100% for taking it out completely, find another way to honor βgrowers who have expanded the community and helped mentorβ or whatever that shit says.
Thereβs too much incentive for trickery, or just misinformation for these growers asking questions.
I also would have never done this again had some photoperiod genetics not been up for grabs - I too have a plethora of seeds at disposal but am out of CBD seeds and those are harder to get freebies of.
If you get fucked outta it I will be getting cream cheese as well and will hook you up with a few.

@Ezzjaybruh, I am surprised how all companies don't see it as a sale platform for free.
I never was taking part, was answering only defoliation questions if I saw any.
But in my short run, I answered every question except hydroponics, I sold like 3 @Mars_Hydro lights, definitely showed off not only @Seedsman run while trying to explain certain things ...
And was active max 14 days in total.
Sponsors should have a look and all we need @growdiaries to delete option of changing question and add reminder of choosing the answer.
Sold one Gorilla tent for sure too ...

We have seen it over and over. I mostly come here for the entertainment and to joke around a little, but this comp always seriously does something to people's heads. It has to be an ego or competition thing because no way someone would take shit as far as to threaten someone over 15 mid grade seeds right?

I have loads of AMS, was amazed by them.
Want to try out Ethos for last 4 years ...
But this platform was feeding me with fee stuff.
So I can value what average guy like me would be buying anyway ...
10-15 Β£ for seed is max what I want to pay ..

@AsNoriu, you have to look at the big picture. Is 25 for a seed a lot of money? Hell yes it is. But is it a lot for a whole plant full of top quality buds? Nope. The cost is nothing compared to what you get in the end. On top of that you are spending 3 to 4 months of your life to nurture that baby to harvest. And giving it square footage in your room. Add all that up and for me the decision is easy for me. I got into growing all those free seeds for a while too. But all you're doing is giving the breeders free advertising and pictures. All the time and effort it takes to grow a plant I have wasted a lot of time on free seeds that arent great.

I had a chance to get not only seeds, but lights, tents too.
Some my friends got brand new things for free, noone bought a seed and I converted at least 7 people to growing theirs own.
Part my old stuff and a lot from what I got here went as kick start for them.
So no, I don't want to buy seeds and give them for free away, o buy only for myself .
It's fun to try out , believe me.
Sweet Seeds - Killer Kush, FB GSCA , Zamnesia - Kalini Asia and Gorilla Auto are wonderful strains which I found through this platform and I would grow them any day !
RQS was the only disappointment here.
