Vero 29B Gen 8 is Bridgelux’s large-format chip-on-board LED array (29 mm LES) used in high-output luminaires and DIY grow-light builds. The Gen 8 29B variant is specified with a nominal drive current of 1,400 mA and a typical forward voltage of 50.2 V, yielding about 70.3 W typical electrical power. It offers typical efficacy up to 185 lm/W with a broad CCT portfolio from 2700 K to 6500 K and CRI options of 70, 80, 90, and 97. The array uses a circular substrate around 49.1 mm in diameter and integrates both solder pads and a poke-in connector for flexible wiring. Mechanical models and data sheets support thermal, optical, and reliability design for fixture integration.
