MegaDrive Vertical 400

California LightWorks’ MegaDrive Vertical 400 is a 400-watt LED fixture designed for multi-level indoor cultivation. It uses a centralized, remote driver (MegaDrive) and a passively cooled, slim rack form factor measuring 46.5 x 45 x 1.25 inches and weighing about 16 lb. The MDV-400 provides a full-cycle, two-channel tunable spectrum and delivers a listed light output of about 1,070 µmol/s PPF. It is intended for low-to-mid intensity tiers, veg rooms, and early growth stages, and is specified for a 4 x 4 ft canopy footprint. The Vertical series features L90 lifetime greater than 100,000 hours and 0–100% dimming. Fixtures are driven from a MegaDrive power unit, enabling multi-fixture chaining and keeping heat and electronics out of the canopy for easier installation and service.
