California LightWorks’ MegaDrive Vertical 600 (MDV 600) is a 600 W, bar-style LED fixture built for multi‑tier indoor rooms. It runs from a centralized MegaDrive power unit, so there are no drivers above the canopy, cutting heat and installation complexity. The 600 model measures 46.5 x 45 x 1.25 inches and weighs 16 lb, delivers up to 2,120 μmol/s PPF, and uses two‑channel spectrum control across all stages. Typical coverage is a 4x4 ft canopy per fixture. The Vertical Series employs high‑efficiency Osram LEDs and sealed, IP66‑rated lenses for rack‑friendly durability and cleaning. L90 lifetime is rated above 100,000 hours, with passive cooling and 0–100% dimming. Released in 2022, it can link 3–5 fixtures per 3 kW or 8–16 per 10 kW power unit.
