APEXstrip 730 Mk III

Crescience’s APEXstrip 730 Mk III is a 48 cm far‑red LED module designed to extend spectra and influence photomorphogenesis. It uses four Osram Oslon Optimal GF GSSRML.24 diodes centered at 730 nm and is intended for operation from a constant‑current LED driver. Tool‑less WAGO 2060 push‑clamp terminals simplify wiring, and the slim PCB mounts on standard slot profiles. Typical draw is around 4.2 W at moderate drive currents, with maximum power about 10 W depending on current and thermal conditions. The board measures 480 x 20 x 5.1 mm and weighs approximately 0.04 kg. Far‑red can speed the transition to flowering, support end‑of‑day phytochrome reversal, and enhance photosynthesis efficiency when paired with deep‑red light (Emerson effect).
