PARMOR Citizen COB is HortiBloom’s 4‑COB grow bar configured with Citizen CLU048‑1212 packages. Each COB runs at 60 W, for 240 W total draw from a Mean Well HLG driver. The bar uses glass optics over passive heatsinks, is dimmable via a knob, and was first released in July 2018. Core footprint is 4'x2' (120 x 60 cm) with total 5'x3' (150 x 90 cm) coverage. HortiBloom lists a PPF of 588 μmol/s at 2.45 μmol/J, 97 CRI, and 100–270 V input. The assembly measures 98 x 17.55 x 9 cm and weighs 8.5 kg. The company supplies 3000 K (bloom) and 4000 K (veg) COB options. Part of the PARMOR line of COB fixtures, it prioritizes canopy penetration and even coverage via the glass lenses.
