200w EnviroGro Cool CFL Lamp 6400k

Great light for the first few weeks of vegetation.

Brilliant for veg. Causes no stretch. You can have even very young seedlings only 8 to 10cms away from the light without issues. Great for stealth grows. Obviously a bit pricey to run so I try only usually use it for first 3 weeks.

The electronic ballast is my best investment. I used a 200w cfl(grow)and an 250w hps,next time I will use a 400w mh and 400w hps to see the difference
