NextLight Mega is a full-spectrum, bright-white LED fixture designed to replace a 1000W DE HPS while drawing 650 W. It covers up to 5x5 ft in flower (7x7 ft veg) and outputs 1400 µmol/s PPF with an efficacy around 2.15 µmol/J. The passively cooled square housing measures roughly 37 x 37 x 2.5 in and weighs about 23 lb, enabling even canopy coverage without active fans. The Mega uses Samsung LM561B white diodes and runs on 100–277 VAC. It is UL listed and DLC Premium listed and includes 120 V and 240 V power cords. Rated lifetime is up to 100,000 hours. Typical operating height is 12–24 in during flower, adjusted to maintain target PPFD and uniformity across the canopy.
