The add-on set draws 100 W from 120–277 V mains and is controlled through the SMART 880 master unit or a dedicated controller, enabling timed and dimmed UV/far-red output. Each set uses Ledstar diodes (UV-A plus far-red 730 nm) and is specified for ≤15% total harmonic distortion and a 35°C (95°F) maximum ambient. Physical dimensions are 800 x 194 x 30 mm for the pair; net weight is 1.1 kg (two pieces). The package includes two bars and carries a 2-year warranty.
