pro-emit’s DIY-M-KIT 2 long Series 450W is a modular, 3-channel LED grow light for areas up to 120 x 120 cm. The kit combines Samsung LM301B diodes (5000K and 3000K) with Cree XP-G3 Photo Red and Cree XP-E2 Far Red, each channel dimmable 0–100% for spectrum control. Rated at 450 W input, it delivers a PPF of 1260 µmol/s with system efficiency of 2.8 µmol/J. Passive cooling keeps operation silent. The 450 W configuration measures 82 x 80 x 8 cm and weighs 13.42 kg, and the LED array is specified for 50,000 hours. Launched in July 2020, the long-series layout mounts two boards per 76 cm heatsink; the 450 W variant uses six boards and Mean Well drivers, with 0–10 V control compatibility.
