Pro-emit’s DIY-M-KIT SMD 400W is a modular LED grow light for 120x120 cm areas, delivering 1240 µmol/s PPF at 3.1 µmol/J. The kit uses eight Samsung/Osram EVO V2 SMD boards, selectable as Veg, Flower or Full Cycle, and a passively cooled aluminum frame. Depending on the board, the spectrum includes a blue peak around 440 nm and deep/far red emitters at 660 nm and 730 nm. Power is supplied by Mean Well HLG-240H-C1400 drivers (A or B versions) with stepless dimming. The assembly includes all hardware and 3 m cables. Dimensions are 90 x 64 x 8.15 cm; weight is 20.8 kg. Rated lifetime is 50,000 hours. Beam angle is 120°, and the system is intended to replace roughly a 700 W HPS.
