UVA Trichome Enhancement Puck (395nm)

Follow

Rapid LED’s UVA Trichome Enhancement Puck (395nm) is a small supplemental LED board designed to add near‑UV during late flowering. It uses Seoul Viosys Z5 CUN96A1B 395 nm emitters driven by an onboard Mean Well LDD‑700LS constant‑current module. The puck runs at 12.5 W from 24 V DC and supports optional 2.5–6 V PWM dimming. The 67 x 67 mm aluminum board provides 35 mm and 50 mm mounting holes and a 5.5 mm OD / 2.5 mm ID DC barrel jack. Rapid LED recommends deploying 2–4 pucks per 4' x 4' canopy in the final 2–3 weeks of bloom; a heatsink or the brand’s mounting bracket/canopy rails are suggested. Due to UVA wavelength, only glass lenses are advised, as plastics can degrade more quickly.
