For the cultivation and early vegetative phase, it's absolutely sufficient. Low power consumption, hardly any heat generation, and reliable in operation. Of course, it's not a powerhouse, but it was never intended to be. For seedlings, cuttings, and the first weeks, it delivers exactly what it's supposed to.
