When I do lst on autos do I remove the tie downs or leave them. I'm kinda confused?

Is she too far gone or can she come back?Week 8. Biobizz Light Mix, Biobizz Grow, Biobizz Bloom and Top Max (1ml/L up to 2ml/L). Ph 6.2-6.5. Odd growth on one plant My Glueberry number 2 does not look right. I know I should not compare plants, but they are all 7 days old not, and it feels like rubber and that leaf is curling in. It is also missing it's two little finger leaves. The soil is dry and I find it hard to believe it watered? Ideas?

Progress verdict ?
