Que sucede con estas hojas?

Cuando nacen las nuevas hojas me encuentro con algunas que parecen estar picadas. Es extraño porque no hay insectos en el cultivo y ya tome las precauciones pertinentes. A que puede deberse este fenómeno?

Dried leaves and buds in late flower I was away for 2 weeks and during that time my friend was watering her. When I came back all of her leaves were dry and she doesnt look good. One of my 3 plants is significantly smaller than the other 2. Her leaves are multiple colours. She was late to shed her shell so I peeled it off myself. She is still steadily growing however I have been unable to diagnose her. The photos of her are labelled "sick one"
