Que sucede con estas hojas?

Cuando nacen las nuevas hojas me encuentro con algunas que parecen estar picadas. Es extraƱo porque no hay insectos en el cultivo y ya tome las precauciones pertinentes. A que puede deberse este fenĆ³meno?

What causes my plant to look like this?Anyone know what the problem can be that my plant looks like this and is not growing atm? Weird leaf colours and the newer leaves are clawing.
