Why does my plant have these leaves hanging down. Its every evening at in the last 2 hours, after 15 hours light. The new LED is maybe a reason. I water every morning, and to water again before this happens, do not work. Is the LED to strong?

Leaves are firm but dropping flat, pointing downwards. Over watering? Diagnose and recovery advise?Would appreciate some input into the possible over watering issue? Ph changed from 6.3 to 6.8 two days after adding nutes/vinegar to bring ph down. Tested too soon? How long to wait to check water ph after treatment?Water that i had ph’d was sitting at 6.3 had jumped to 6.8 two days later. I’m assuming its because when I mixed i tested immediately after without letting sit for a while (shook jug after adding vinegar/nutes ~30 sec). What is wrong with this plant?Context:
Was on an ebb & flow in a 3 gallon smart pot in soil every 3 hrs with oxygenated water. Overwatering symptoms identified by a friend, so shut off all water for the last 3 days.
Temps: 75, RH 65, soil: rogue peat based light quick draining mix.
