I'm only seeing one pollen sac, can I just trim it off? will it throw more as it continues to grow? I cloned the top I'm assuming that will also herm as I'v been trying to avoid stress so maybe genetic reasons? small grow in a space bucket 2 other plants in flower in flat?

The cause of hemophraditis is a genetic predisposition. Even if you remove the pollen sacs, there is no chance that new ones will appear.
