Hey! That’s right. Those little white dots are roots forming out the stalk. This occurs often, humidity around the bottom of the stalk causes her to want to spread her roots upwards. Nothing to worry about. Good luck and happy growing!

yeah, that's roots actually, the plant is looking for nutrients and water, it's not a bad sign at all, just ignore it... outdoors it becomes like full roots and the base of the plant starts to look quite serious lol, hopefully it will become like that for you too . Hope this helps ! 🚀
