well, they can come out ugly. whether it is correlated to anything negative i don't have that knowledge. i do know many grow out of it, so it is worth the effort to wait and see.
it could be self-inflicted with early fertilization or a hot soil/ coco whatever that is etc... so, you'll have to reflect on recent behaviour. a seedling doesn't need nutes for a bit.
don't try to do any plant surgery, lol. leave those leaves alone. you'll more likely rip what few it has out than improve anything.
best thing to do is water when top 1/2" dries near the plant at athis age - hopefully not in a huge pot, but if so only in a small radius around the small plant. somethign that will allow you to water in 1-2 days before it gets a little driy on top. feel weight when wet and dry. more useful later.
